The woman at the front desk was nice, helpful, and patient as I asked my questions of years past (will I turn orange? how long should it set?). I come from the generation of laying in tanning beds and regretting it later so a newer spray tan machine that doesn't leave you looking orange is totally a dream. The machine is clean (it self-cleans after use!) and the room itself is comfy albeit a bit small but enough space to put your stuff and prep for the tan. I have very fair skin and I get an airbrush tan and they always come out amazing and don't make your skin look orange or streaky. He did mention that they clean out the cabinet where they store the lotion every 6months but from what the computer stated. i wasn't inactive for 6months. Phenomenal service from start to finish. I called and Tracy was able to accommodate an evening appointment the same day. She's a total pro. Her application was flawless and the color she chose for me was so amazing. I was worried about being too dark or too Orange especially with my Asian skin tone. Luckily, she nailed it. It's exactly what I asked for, and my pictures ended up being beyond amazing because of the spraytan. To be honest, a tan always makes me feel slimmer, so I'm so glad Tracy took care of me.
