I'm noticing however the person that caused a scene…read morein this location while I was there has left a bad review below, and I'm here to correct quite a number of things she said because Yelp allows her to have her opinion, so here's mine. 1. She was late to her appt, and expected us to wait while she received her treatment. 7 minutes (which is what it was), or half an hour, it doesn't matter she was late. She also stated she called and said she would be late and they told her on the phone that if she was late she would have to wait until the appt after her was done. So she knew before even coming in that she was going to have to wait. 2. She said I didn't pay and I was a new customer (as if I didn't matter because she had a package) but I did come in 15 minutes early for my appt so we could ask a few questions. It actually states online to come in 15 minutes early if you are new to the process. While I was asking 2 questions, just 2, they took my daughter back immediately to her appt, that we were on time for. Like we weren't even in there for 20 seconds and they took my daughter away. My daughter was not even with me when I was speaking with the associate at the desk, or when I paid, she was immediately taken back to get her airbrush tan. So "Karen" wasn't standing there waiting for us to ask questions, my daughter was immediately brought into the back. "Karen" was waiting for my daughter to be done; because "Karen" was late for her appt. 3. This customer was nasty, not only to me a customer that she was speaking about as if I wasn't there, but also to the girl who was telling her what the policy is. She stated that I should have waited for HER to be done, even although she was late for her appt. 4. The 5 minute rule, is on the website when you book appts. It specifically states to be early for your appt. No one made that rule up Karen, it's actually on the website when you make the appt. I do wish the employee had it right in front of her to be able to say "here ya go" but because she didn't; Karen kept implying that the employee was "making up her own rules" and boy oh boy was she not nice about it. I felt so bad for the girl who was dealing with her. 5. The employee did not have a conversation with me about her. I spoke up for myself after "Karen" thought it would be cool to interject me into her complaint. After she rudely stated that I should have let her go first, and after I sat there quietly letting her go off on this girl for no reason at all, I spoke up for myself and thanked the employee for sticking to the policies of the salon because I too have a life and had another appt after the one I was on time for. We had a nail appt for 12:30 and we would have been late if I had to sit there for another 15 minutes waiting for Karen to be done. The employee simply stated, "your welcome this is why we have that policy" she never carried on about it, that was all she said in response and this review below is a complete fabrication of what actually happened. When you are late for an appt, you are being disrespectful to the employees waiting for you, and the customers that have to go after you. You are cutting into peoples lunch times, and other peoples appts. It's called being selfish and self centered. I 100% knew this woman was going to write a bad review or call corporate to complain, because that's the type of person she is. I am so happy I hit record on my phone so I could step up and show them that the employee was professional and handled it as best as she could. You were in the wrong lady. You were definitely in the wrong. I hope "Karen" is reading this. I recorded you. I could be a jerk and post it to Yelp to show everyone how badly YOU behaved. When you start a complaint with "I never write bad reviews BUT" , then you should actually have never written a bad review before. The public, can all see all the bad reviews you've left before when you didn't get your way. Kudos to BeachBum for training their employees how to handle situations and people like this. The girl did an amazing job. I wouldn't have been so nice. I'd like to say, my daughters airbrush tan came out beautiful and she's been going once a week ever since ! I guess this "new client" turned out to be just as important as "Karen" with the package. Yelp needs to do a little better with allowing people to give a 1 star review just because they feel like being petty when they don't get their way. I can say I personally have never written a Yelp review before, who has time for this, but yeah, they didn't deserve that one star she gave, and Yelp should 100% delete it.

She came to my home, set up, and spray tanned me all in about 30 minutes. It was convenient to be spray tanned at home! It's exactly what I asked for, and my pictures ended up being beyond amazing because of the spraytan. To be honest, a tan always makes me feel slimmer, so I'm so glad Tracy took care of me.
