I've been there a few times for gel manicure and a pedicure. They do a great job. A little bright, but Clean and quick service.

The salon is really nice & modern on the inside. I had a really nice pedicure that came out great. However, the pricing is a little unclear (I think intentionally). I also got a UV gel manicure that came out terribly. I mentioned what I wanted to the girl who was doing my nails multiple time but somehow we couldn't get there. It got really frustrating after sitting for an hour. I also mentioned multiple times I didn't like how it was coming out, but no correction was made. I opted to just pay & leave. Will not be returning EDIT: Although I said I wouldn't return, I decided to give them another shot and this experience was worse. I came in for a pedicure. I always use the same polish, so I opt to bring my own. The woman performing my pedicure decided that the polish was gel (it wasn't, it's a regular Essie polish -- which she confirm when I showed her the bottle that it was regular polish), and opted to charge me an additional $5 to remove. She decided to file my toenail, which now has a divot in it because she didn't even file evenly. Again, I opted to just pay and leave but they hover over you to bully you into tipping when if you're unhappy with the service. So I ended up tipping her even though she didn't deserve it. It's unfair that I was both overcharged and pressured into tipping. read more

Horrible experience for a $40 manicure. This is the salon I typically go to, but the past few times have not been goood experiences. Today the woman, Lucy, seemed to be rushing even though the salon was not busy and cut FOUR of my cuticles so badly they bled. She put pressure on it for a second and then continued to paint/dip over the blood, which not only is unsanitary, but stung. When she filed the nails she was literally smearing blood across my thumb nail and then used the electric file on one of the spots that was bleeding. I told her that she was hurting me and she said oh sorry. I told the woman at the front desk who looked at it and told me I would be okay as if I wa exaggerating and if anything come back to fix it (what "it" is I'm not quite sure) and patted my arm. Truly don't know why I even paid FULL PRICE before walking out with my fingers still bleeding. Extremely disappointed in how this situation was so poorly handled. UPDATE: an hour after leaving I was STILL bleeding and notice some blood is quite literally trapped under the top coat so it will be there for the next three weeks until I get this powder manicure off and another on. I called and requested a full refund and the manager approved it. read more

BEWARE. If I could give the place 0 reviews I would. Stay away from this place. I'm visiting and took my chances going here and regretted it instantly. 1. They are over priced (which I don't mind paying when the price matches the quality) $208 for a gel pedicure and full set with no color just top gel coat is f*****g insane! 2. They cut my cuticles and just kept going like they didn't! (I took pictures where you can clearly see the cuts.) 3. All my nails were different shapes and sizes (which the manager refused to have someone else fix it) She said because they all had other appointments. Which I had an appointment also and my nails were an absolute disaster so any reasonable place that cares for their costumers would've made things right and fixed it right away. 4. If you can't pay in CASH it's $10 more on card automatically. 5. They are RUDE!!' "The manger" clearly has 0 experience managing anything including her attitude. She told me to move from the chair I was sitting in because the 3rd person she had assigned to me had an appointment coming in. Then she assigned another nail tech and told me I had 1 of two choice to keep the French tip which wasn't even or the exact same on all 10 fingernails or choice # 2 have the uneven thick French tip removed and only get clear top coat which is not at all what I asked for!!! I proceeded to ask since they couldn't do the French tip that I originally asked for if I could just pick a gel color to make it easy for them. The manager said no because they didn't have time to put a color of my choice on my nails for the ridiculous $80 acrylic set I had to pay because their was no nail techs available to paint my nails with a gel color. This was the worst nail experience and nail salon I've ever been to. You're better off doing your nails at home. This place is a scam and most of all a joke. I can't believe how much I paid to have terrible mediocre service. read more

Not good. I asked for a regular pedicure and was probably out the door in 15 minutes. Not sure if the polish was old and chunky, or what, but my toes look terrible. Very disappointed. Big toe on left foot looks like it didn't get a second coat or top coat. Not sure what the nail tech was thinking leaving them like this. I ended up removing the polish altogether because it looks like it's missing from my big toe. $30 plus tip for this is unacceptable. I will consider this nail salon an alternative from the one I usually frequent. It's beautifully designed inside, spacious, modern, and clean. The prices are typical. For my first visit, I had a coupon for a mani/pedi $22. This salon does offer specials, something I haven't seen in a while at other salons. I will say with the regular pedi it's as basic as it comes. Unfortunately the tech who serviced me did not do enough scrubbing for my liking, which was disappointing. So next time I will be getting my normal spa pedi (prices range from $38-$120) that comes with more. My sister who came with me thoroughly enjoyed hers. The woman who did it was great also so I'll try to request her. Other than that nice salon, and friendly service. Looking forward to trying them out again. read more

I went yesterday for their mani/pedi special for $35(cash only which I think is not great but whatever). The pedicure came out great, no complaints. When I was getting my manicure, my nails looked good, the color was a nice yellow. Not even 24 hours later and the polish is starting to chip off little by little. Maybe the woman doing my nails didn't do enough coats or they didn't have a super strong top polish, I don't know but I'm just disappointed. Sadly I won't be going back. read more

I have been going to this salon for about 1 year now. i never write reviews but this place deserve 10 stars. It is always remarkably clean, everything is brand new, they are always so accommodating for a late arrivers or forgetful of appointment people( raise your hand with me because everyone forgets once in awhile) regardless of how busy they are. i have never had any tech do a bad job on any of my services, my nails last up to 4 weeks with people still complimenting on them. all the techs do amazing work but i just have to mention chris!!!!! besides the fact hes so patient with customers and what they are asking for or trying to figure out last minute, he always does and exquisite job with my nails and pedicure along with the fact he has magicalllll fingers. the massage he gives is heavenly!!!!!!! must must must make this a go to. So happy this salon opened up! I have been on the hunt for another salon and I'm so glad I stumbled in this one. I only got a pedicure but I will be back for more. The man that did my nails, Leo, was kind and gentle and I even got a Christmas gift at the end of it! The salon itself is absolutely stunning and it wasn't too packed when I went so it felt like I was in a private salon all to myself. You can also make an appointment online which honestly is hard to find around here..so convenient! I sent my mom and dad to go the following week after me and they were obsessed too. I took a chance to go here with my 94 year old mother. It's a lot closer to her than the other salon I was taking her to. It definitely was worth it. Everything was great and my mom liked it. They were very respectful to her. I also got the 10 minute massage. Which was in a professional chair and the guy seemed to know what he was doing. read more

I visited the Royal nail spa today. The nail tech cut underneath my pinky fingernail with the drill tool. She continued to use the tool that had my blood on it without sterilizing it. She also thought I was insane when I asked to wash my hands to remove the blood. My uv gel is thick and bumpy. I spoke to the owner and nothing was done to accommodate the issue. This was my second time here (first experience was great) but after this, I won't be returning. Not sterilizing a tool that has a persons blood on it is not ok. It's disgusting and unprofessional. Normally I would go back and ask for the manicure to be fixed but its not worth the headache or risking the use of unsterile tools being used on me. I really wanted to like this place, but it's a no go for me. I wish them luck, the space is great but the cleanliness is not up to par after this experience. read more

I feel that they are deceptive in their practices. Kind of a bait and switch. Their special pedicure with a free bar facial is BS and then they upcharge you for a facial that was subpar. It's a ploy to spend more money . She basically put a mask from an envelope on your face and did nothing else. I could do that home for significantly less. Other than the place being new their prices are a rip off. I don't like that they expect a tip ; just standing on top of you. It's not like I don't tip but the expectation is over the top. read more

Been here three times in total. This time was good too but my mom didn't like how her nails came out and she told the girl when she was painting them, but all the nail tech kept saying is "no no it's pretty, it's pretty when you go outside it will look better" my mom just left it cuz the lady was obviously in a rush and then when we went in the car she hated them. Between me and her we spent $180 so I was annoyed and brought her back in and told them to fix them how she wants them. The nail tech got so annoyed and nasty. She kept talking to my mother like she was a child? I was trying to keep my mouth shut but she was going on and on... it's sad how I had to tell the nail tech WHAT TO DO to see if my mom would like it or not. My mom still didn't get what she asked for but she just wanted to leave. I also think there prices are very high and they try and sell there "vip card" for $20 meanwhile last time I was there it was $10? And when they offered me one am I said no and they gave it to me for free..... somethings weird with that. We won't be back here. They also over charged us when ringing us up. So ridiculous AND my pedicure chipped the next day. There's a sign up front saying $5 off if you leave us a review. So that's why they have 4 stars. read more

I have been going here for the last 3 years and i have had great experiences except for today , I went in for a fill I sat with Kate to get my nails done . she is a sweet young lady and she did a great job on my nails they are EXACTLY how I wanted them . She however was not my issue today the issue was the woman at the desk repeatedly standing over me while Kate was doing my nails which made me uncomfortable , not only was she over my shoulder she was taking my hands from under the uv light to inspect Kates work without asking if she can or even telling me what she was doing . After my nails were about done this woman came over and aked me to sit with another tech I asked if something was wrong she had stated that Kate took to long to do my nails which i would rather they take long and NOT rush. Its not like they were busy because they had 6 other techs sitting around doing NOTHING She had stated they were going to take off my nail polish and fix it and NOTHING was wrong with my polish I told them my nails were how i wanted them . This woman staated it was Kates first day that she is from a different salon and I said well Kate did my nails how li wanted them and I was pleased with them . Idk why they did what they did but I had a upsetting experience today . I would never expect this from this place but it wont stop me from going back and having KATE do my nails .
