Now the reality check... DO NOT accept delivery of a vehicle with ANY blemishes or cosmetic issues. If you do, it becomes your problem to fix - not theirs. I made that mistake, and I regret it. I was told one thing at delivery, but four days later I got a completely different story. The Rocklin service location does not perform auto body repairs. Instead, you're sent to North Sacramento, where: 1.The soonest appointment was a week out 2.You're told to call the day of your appointment to see if a loaner is available If there's no loaner... you're on your own to figure out transportation. That's unacceptable for a brand at this level. Bottom line: If there are ANY paint issues, scratches, dents, or body flaws -REJECT THE VEHICLE ON THE SPOT. Don't assume it'll be easy to fix later. It won't be. I'm more frustrated with myself for accepting it than anything else but hopefully this saves someone else from making the same mistake.

Easy to pull your car in and maneuver as you need to. They have a bank of detail stations so you can vacuum your own car if you need to. There is also a Burger King here. The gas prices were in line with everywhere else nearby. The car was was great! Our car looked brand new when we were done and it is way better than the car wash by our house. We will definitely be back.

I only stayed long enough to get the additional 10-15 miles I needed to feel confident that I could get to Rocklin.

The chargers are unique in that you park front first instead of back in like all previous chargers I've used. The weather today was blue skies and 83 degrees with plenty of foot traffic around . The time it took to charge from 45% to 90% seemed super quick with the short walk to Trader Joe's. This is an excellent charging station if you're doing the Bay Area to Reno road trip.
