1st time I've driven and rented an EV. I was given assistance to find this location. Tired to…read morefollow the instructions on the charging station. That didn't quite work. I asked the next person who pulled up to charge. Even with a credit card swipe, you couldn't use it. This location requires you to download their app, create and account, and add your credit card info. Then, you can scan the QR code available on the station to use the charger. That is crazy. But once I was all set up, it took 45 minutes and only $10 to charge the car 1/2 full. So... a good value if it was more clear how to get started using it.

When I arrived, all 7 spaces were all full. There was no valet in the area. A guy who was in his car kindly offered to let me take his spot because he said he "had a decent charge already," and I was down to my last 10 miles. I only stayed long enough to get the additional 10-15 miles I needed to feel confident that I could get to Rocklin.

They were able to schedule me in a week out and the install went perfect. Since this was a permitted installation the inspector came to check the work and everything was just fine. I noticed I had a 50A circuit breaker that was installed for my connecter so I asked Phil/Susan if I was supposed to get a 60A so I can utilize the maximum 48A onboard charger, they originally explained because a 60A circuit required a cutoff next to the wall Connector the price of the install is a bit higher. I was okay with 50A and not paying that extra cost for 8 additional amps. A month later I received a call from Susan so said Phil had been in communication with Tesla and the city inspectors to get clarity on the cutoff for 60 amps and they determined that upto 60A would be okay and anything after 60A would need a cutoff. Because Phil was able to gain some clarity on that they came out to swap out the circuit breaker free of charge. They did this almost a month and a half after the install, now that's customer service!!

Easy to pull your car in and maneuver as you need to. They have a bank of detail stations so you can vacuum your own car if you need to. There is also a Burger King here. The gas prices were in line with everywhere else nearby. The car was was great! Our car looked brand new when we were done and it is way better than the car wash by our house. We will definitely be back.

The requisite food court on the second floor has many economical chains. The only Shake Shack in Roseville is here. The mall is spacious. It's always sparkling clean. (Well, with the exception of the always crowded and sticky food court eating area). I highly recommend that you visit during the week. Avois Saturday & Sunday as this place is crowded, hectic and somewhat unpleasant. If mega-mall shopping is not your thing but you want some retail therapy go across Roseville Parkway to the Fountains. It's an outdoor shopping center, a very nice one. Calmer vibe and fresh air.
