You charge your car you might grab a drink if you feel like it. Here it feels like they are holding the bathroom code hostage. And of course some attendants enforce the policy harder than others but even having to jump through all that in the first place is ridiculous. The whole vibe is off. Only good thing here is the car wash guy in the back. He actually does solid work. Everything else is a no from me. I am not spending another dollar here

Very convenient…read more I feel safe during the day time but the first time I went, it was dark and there was no light in the back and their is an apartment building on the right. It feels desolate. Definitely will try to come when the sun is up. There is a gas station in front with a convenience store and restroom. Yet the restroom has a full page sign stating they don't make a dime off the charging stations and it cost money for Tesla customers to use the restroom. I stopped reading but I'm sure they recommended customers to buy something. I did buy a couple snacks and the cashier was nice and friendly. Will return when the sun is shining.

They carried Chemical Guys, Adams, Griots and many other products. I really like the Adams Graphine products but I didn't purchase them here. I also took time to walk around the store and see what else they had like interior LED strips. I saw some of the AutoZone employees helping other customer and even calling other stores for a customer to see if they'll have the item that the customer wanted.

When I did find them no where on the box does it indicate if it's gonna be the right fit. I had the old one on hand so I had to take each one out the box to match it up. Granted these batteries way a ton so it's not easy going through them. This whole process would have been more helpful if I had an actual employee doing this and not me trying to figure it out. Anyways finally found one, and I took it up front to ring up. My dad wanted the one year warranty on it but you have to pay for a six month one and the manufacture gives you six months. I didn't end up adding it on cause the guy didn't explain it right. Also note that they do charge a "core" fee automatically and if you don't say anything they won't take it off in exchange for the old battery. It also has in fine print next to the batteries that it's a certain price with and without an exchange so make sure you're reading the tags and watching it get scanned. I also wasn't apart of the loyalty and he didn't ask if I wanted to sign up after spending over $100 here. Poor customer service, not helpful whatsoever.

In November of 2023 (7 months ago), I purchased a new 36-month free replacement battery from Interstate Batteries in St. Joseph, Missouri. I bought an Interstate battery because I liked the warranty, the availability of stores across the country, and I received great service from the St. Joseph store. Fast forward 7 months and I am in California, and the battery goes dead and will not take a charge. My charger would charge the battery to 55% then stop saying the battery was bad. I went to the Santa Clarita Interstate battery store and explained what had happened and what I had done. This was on a Friday morning. I fully expected them to test the battery, discover it was bad as I had, and give me my free replacement. But that is not what happened. They forced me to pay a $20 "Service and charging" fee and told me my battery would be ready some time on Monday. Now I was out $20 and lost the use of my truck for the weekend. When I had not received a call by Monday afternoon, I called them to learn the battery was bad and they would replace it for "free." I asked if I would receive my $20 back, and they so no because they had "serviced" the bad battery. Their 36-month free replacement battery needs to have an asterisk that says the battery is not really free, but will cost you $20. Because of the poor service and misrepresented warranty, I will never purchase another Interstate battery again.

They used to be the service managers for one of the big RV companies in the area and within an hour they knew exactly what was wrong with my generator and the lines to the AC and had it fixed. I realized once I had gotten there that I had forgotten my ID and Credit card. I told them I would be back so I could get my card and they insisted they would put the new battery in for me right then and I could just return later for payment. They didn't have any of my personal information they just said they trusted I would be back and they didn't want me to drive home in case the car wouldn't start up later. They really were nice genuine people. I cannot remember the mechanics name but the owner, Owen was there throughout the battery check. Nice people. I told them I had a 2023 bronco and inquired about the price of the bulb and work. I was quoted $1500. Yes, that is right. $1500.00!!!!! They said i would need a new component. Needless to say I said no thanks. My brother in law went to this store to purchase the required light bulb. It cost a total of $10 for 2 bulbs. He had my brake light working in less than 5 minutes.
