Parking: There are 8 rear in spots, with 6 chargers on one side and 2 on the other. The chargers are not too far from the Hilton Garden Inn. Environment: It was busy when we arrived and with the layout, if you wanted to check the other side for availability, you would most likely loose your spot in line. Didn't see any trash cans near the chargers. There are several food options nearby (The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, McDonald's); we opted to head to McDonalds to grab some food as well as use the restrooms since it was a short walk away. There's also a Shell gas station nearby. Yay/Nay/Meh: Meh. The area was busy but it did have some amenities nearby if you have food or restroom needs.

The Hilton Staff know we're only using their premises for the restroom yet they are friendly and accommodating. This is my preferred stop coming and going to Los Angeles Road Trip Tesla Charging station. There is also a nice bench and it is fairly quiet and safe here.

The food court area inside is spacious and clean too. Foods aren't fancy inside food court, but you can recognize the ones similar to other Westfield shopping mall food retailers. If you really want to dine here, the dining patio outdoors have lots of space and better restaurants/bars. Looks great for simple or casual date nights and meetups outside. Yes, you can walk around outside too. Plenty of shops to look at. You can easily spot signs to public restrooms by the escalators. This is a safe and convenient shopping mall for Valencia and Santa Clarita residents as well as Magic Mountain visitors and travelers. I saw one Boba beverage place that sells fruity smoothies. Lots of potential in this plaza. Q store fashion shop is much smaller than others. Charlotte Russe store still exists. There are lots of discounts and deals here at the retail stores. Great place to wander around and browse. It was a good visit during this trip. Cashiers especially at JCPenny were well trained and experienced employees. You can find decent priced clothes with yellow tags on clearance racks and more. Good value. I didn't see huge crowds here as people rarely shop at the malls due to highly inflated prices everywhere, but this Valencia Town Center is worth getting your stretches.

VTC is within vicinity of three streets, McBean Parkway, Magic Mountain Parkway, and Valencia Blvd. It is a good size outside shopping center. It has two floors. Parking is plenty. Tip of the day is to park close to where you'll be spending most of your time. Otherwise, you may need to do some walking. Luckily, Solita Tacos & Margaritas was located along side the parking area. I didn't have to walk too far in to get to them. Thank you! I didn't get a chance to peruse this center much during my visit. I hope to one day be back to explore it a bit more. Actually this is in general for this company. They grossly overextended the "free charges for 2…read moreyears" for multiple EVs resulting in long waits for access. Rather then trying to improve things by expanding they further limited charging capacity. Then they allow changes requiring "maintenance", in other words not working, to sit for weeks with no repairs. "Customer Service responded to my calls over the past year with, "sorry, we know and it's scheduled for... generally at least a week".

This location is one of three close Tesla Super chargers. We chose this location as there were more…read morestalls and had a faster charge. A little more than half were charging. Partial shade due to the giant trees in the morning but also depends on the day when you charge. It's usually very hot in this area. As for charging, just imagine, we were at 8% and it took 35 min to charge to 94%. Next to Habit burger and Waffle Love. There is Smart n Final groceries and other place to shop and hang out. Love it! A big plus is that this is in a good shopping plaza and not behind some random building. You got LA Fitness, Smart and Final, Habit Burger, Waffle Love, Teriyaki Madness, BBQ, Sushi, Olive Terrace, Mexican, Coffee Bean and my favorite Menchies! Home Depot across the street as well as Walmart. One of the better locations in town.

I had a feeling they wouldn't want me to use the bathroom unless I bought something and I definitely was not in the mood for a doughnut and I had my coffee with me already. So I just leaned my seat back and rested while the car charged I believe this is the last charging stop before going into the Grapevine. I'm glad I stopped because I would hate to be running low or run to any traffic situations in the mountains. She woke up about an hour after we got back on the road so we made a bathroom stop and topped off the charge there

I guess if youre here in the day time, it would probably be a better experience. There are a couole restaurants, a bank of America and a donut shop all in the parking g lot. But tye no restroom really chaps my hide. Charging at all a million supercharger stations on a trip from socal to bay area and back to socal is actually more expensive than gas. Dont believe me? So I stop here because it is convenient and then I find out you cannot even use the restroom unless you buy something. Like bro come on. You set up chargers to get more business and then act like we are a problem for showing up. Every other charging spot I have been to lets you use the bathroom without all this weird energy. You charge your car you might grab a drink if you feel like it. Here it feels like they are holding the bathroom code hostage. And of course some attendants enforce the policy harder than others but even having to jump through all that in the first place is ridiculous. The whole vibe is off. Only good thing here is the car wash guy in the back. He actually does solid work. Everything else is a no from me. I am not spending another dollar here

Tesla Supercharger right off the 14 freeway. Very convenient…read more I feel safe during the day time but the first time I went, it was dark and there was no light in the back and their is an apartment building on the right. It feels desolate. Definitely will try to come when the sun is up. There is a gas station in front with a convenience store and restroom. Yet the restroom has a full page sign stating they don't make a dime off the charging stations and it cost money for Tesla customers to use the restroom. I stopped reading but I'm sure they recommended customers to buy something. I did buy a couple snacks and the cashier was nice and friendly. Will return when the sun is shining.
