He explained everything to us and said it would take less than 2 hours. They prioritize customers that are waiting versus the customers that drop off their car and come back later in the day. The best part is that our car was ready in 50 minutes! That's the fastest I've had to wait. it felt like VIP service when Allan walked up to our table and checked us out. When i picked up my car i immediately noticed that something was off about the tint. It was extremely cloudy, and i caught him say its because i paid for the cheap one then he remembered i paid for a better quality. It never did a week later i went back when he told me and since he already got his money from me i wasn't priority, he forgot our appointment. Since he was over booked i had to pick up my car around 6pm having appointment at 11am. He did replacement the tints after explaining to me that he had received a bad roll of tint. After picking up the car i immediately noticed window tints were undersized, not covering the window well and he still used the bad window tint on my small sedan windows. What was extremely unprofessional is that he disconnected my dash camera, i have it recorded of when he started on my car and when he disconnected the camera. He rushed on my car, no wonder everything came out so crappy. Don't waste your money and time here. You will get a better quality somewhere else.

I called around 2:00 PM, and they were able to schedule me for an evaluation at 3:30 PM the same afternoon. Gustavo was professional, honest, and thorough. I truly appreciated his honest evaluation, which helped me avoid an unnecessary windshield replacement. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and of excellent value. The office staff was also very friendly and responsive. Since they work with AAA/CSAA, everything was handled seamlessly. One tip: The office faces the street, but the workshop entrance is on the right side of the office, so it's easy to miss if it's your first visit. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that during the operation of the vehicle and possibly the calibration process, a number of personal settings were deleted or altered. The one I don't understand is that all the favorites for Sirius XM were missing. Not sure why they were touched at all.
