A simple greeting when someone walks through the door, a smile, friendly facial expressions, and asking, "How can I help you today?" can make a huge difference. The atmosphere could also feel brighter and more inviting. Most people coming into an auto parts store are there because something is wrong with their vehicle, which can already be stressful. Customers should feel comfortable asking questions, especially those of us who may not know a lot about car parts or how to install them. I would also like to see management lead by example by being approachable, patient, and willing to help instead of making customers feel watched or uncomfortable. Employees could explain things without making a customer feel like they are bothering them. I am not asking for special treatment. I would just like this location to feel friendly, helpful, and welcoming to everyone who walks through the door. A little kindness, patience, and good customer service would completely change the experience at this store and would make customers like me actually want to come back.

We had already requested to put a hold on the battery before getting into the store. Martin helped us with the battery search and as well tried looking for a socket that we needed for the battery studs to host the auxillary battery. Was a quick turnaround and definitely recommend their store and the customer service that they have to offer.

The dealership told me if I had it done; they would reimburse me for the cost. So, I got that in writing and went around the block to the Almaden Auto Zone and was immediately helped by Wendy. She offered to swap out the battery for me and man did she have a heck of a time getting the old battery off. It was so corroded it took a good 20 minutes for her to get it off safely without damaging anything. She thoroughly cleaned the terminals and made sure everything was connected correctly before sending me on my way. I am so grateful she was there to help, and I was reimbursed for the battery.

I called…read moreAmerican Imports and talked to Hooshi and he face me brand new OEM parts for toyota for $1,000 total. Wow. I couldn't be happier. He also found some mechanics to do the job for really cheap. Dealer quoted $10,000 to replace all the parts and with Hooshi's help i got it all done less than $1,800 total with labor for OEM PARTS. Hooshi explained to me that toyota get the same exact parts from china and put toyota stamp on it and sell it for 10 times more. If you want someone that really cares for you, check out American imports. I talked to the other gentleman that's behind the counter and he was super nice guy too. Highly recommend this place for most auto parts.
