The walking is nice and great exercise, but after circling two miles, I was close to leaving. I'm very happy I kept walking but if time had been an issue, I would have found an exit. Or gone for lunch. I found a wonderful shop called Aesop and it was worth the excursion. The walking is fun and so much to look at. Gosh, some of the shops are incredible!!! The obvious choice to use the restroom was Target since it's basically on the property. Psyche! Target isn't even open! I continued around the corner to see what else is around. There is absolutely nothing but a cell phone store and an exercise place. That means no place to eat or pee. It was a very chilly day also so after walking about 10 minutes i decided to just run back to my car and not even wait until the car was done charging. My bladder couldn't handle it and my stomach was digesting itself from hunger. I will def not be back until the stores nearby are open. It's a ghost town here.

Then, when I brought it back, the person handling the return gave me a skeptical attitude as if I was returning it after use rather than because it was defective. The issue was clear: air was flowing out of the wrong pipe, making the tank unusable. This was a product defect, not buyer's remorse or misuse. The whole reason I purchased online was to save time and avoid inconvenience, but instead it created more hassle and wasted time. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected better customer service and a smoother resolution from Target. Target can do better.

There is a sign that says 40 min limit on charging which means you don't really have time to grab anything to eat at any real restaurants, certainly not Alexander's. I went to check out the Chargepoint charger prices on the bottom floor of the garage and they are 2x the rate of all the other places so bit the bullet and just decided to wait in line here :(
