honestly very disappointed on the work that I got done on 08/25/2024 by Steve. Not only that there's random parts that went from thin to thick. It just looks awful. Black being filled in is completely awful and far from being completed. There's many parts that are gonna need filled in again. Lines that are gonna need fixed. Lines that got thin, thick, thin that just made it look messy. superrr overpriced for what I got and how it came out. Literally had garage tattoos that was done better then this LOL

I saw on Facebook they were giving free palm size tattoos for Veterans Day with a $50 tip minimum to cover the cost of needles etc which I thought was really great. When I showed up the stencil was the size of a quarter and Jonathan said I would have to pay more for a bigger size which was fine he was so polite and professional. I even added some jewels to it. I ended up paying $420. I was just disappointed with how it turned out. There are blowouts , so many inconsistent lines that are either to thin and barely there or to thick or don't even connect.

Walked in with every piece of reference needed that I envisioned for my tattoo, the exact handwriting I'd like for the lyric I chose to be in my piece. Asked the guy straight out if he could replicate what I wanted with them assuring me that it would be done. The guy gets the stencil made-up and it's missing some words. So had to re-do the work. By this point the guy says the handwriting style I chose is basic writing and decides to free-hand to complete second stencil. I should've said no and took my business elsewhere by this point but I put my trust that the dude could do as requested. Not to mention when finished they literally just plopped a single piece of seran wrap onto my thigh...no tape or care really and said I was finished. The other artist David gave his client tegaderm to cover their new piece. I was in utter disbelief with how my shit went down. Meanwhile the other guy went straight to looking for payment. I paid $200 for my piece, and it was an additional $10 to run a card which they don't make apparent. I am not satisfied after cleaning the area up and looking further at the detail. Had every intention of getting touch up but now the crackhead doesn't work for this 'fine' establishment. If you want quality work definitely don't let anyone from this shithole place touch you

RUN FAR FAR AWAY!! Do not let this company touch you!!! Learn from our experience!!!! My best friend and I went to PCB for vacation and decided to get matching heart tattoos on our fingers. We got them on the last day of our vacation so we didn't have to worry about getting into the ocean or pool with a new tattoo. We went here and paid a hefty $330 for a small heart tattoo, and wanted them to touch up our small red lotus tattoos that we got in 2015, that took 10 minutes combined. We wanted our lotus tattoos touched up because they had faded a little and we wanted the lines to be retraced and connected. The tattoo artists we had, Luis and Zach, HAD no idea what they were doing. Luis did not wipe off my hand after he was done tattooing me. I literally had to get a paper towel and wipe off allllll the red ink he left on my fingers and hand, myself. He then gave me a BLACK LATEX GLOVE, in 96-degree Florida heat, to "cover" my new tattoo up. Not a bandage, a glove. He didn't even provide me with after care instructions. He just left the room while I waited on my friend to get her tattoo finished. I told Luis the background story of the red lotus tattoo, and how the artist's breath smelt like marijuana when I was in her chair, getting tattooed. I said it made me nervous and that's why I think some of the lines were not connected. He then replies "I don't think you're going to find a tattoo artist that doesn't smoke weed." I want to firmly state that I do not care if someone smokes weed, I just don't want them to be under the influence when they are making a permanent mark on my body. Whether it be weed, drugs, or alcohol. I paid for a professional experience and tattooing session. Neither of which, we did not get. My friend had to wait 5-7 minutes for the stencil to "dry" while Zach took a smoke break. Luis only waited one minute for mine to "dry" and began tattooing. When Zach returned, he did not wash his hands, smelt like smoke, and began tattooing her. Zach also was talking about how he was trying out this "new ink" on my friend. He was saying this while he was in the middle of tattooing her. She was shocked and felt like a guinea pig. Zach had to give my friend, and myself, a clear bandage, to protect the tattoo. We left very upset with the treatment we had received from this company. We both have many tattoos and have never experienced anything like this before. A few days after the "tattooing", we noticed that the ink was leaking from the bandages. THE INK HAD FALLEN OUT OF OUR SKIN! This company did not tattoo us correctly, AT ALL.. Now we have botched tattoos that look like scars instead tattoos. These heart tattoos were not our first finger tattoos and we knew what to expect. We have never had to get our red lotus tattoos touched up, even though it was a finger tattoo. The manager said that "finger tattoos don't stick on the first time", but our lotus, that was done in 2015, was still a very vibrant red. We just wanted to get the lines connected and re-traced so that it could match the color of the heart tattoo. We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, not only in how the tattoos were done, but the service we received from this shop. I sent a message, via Facebook, to Electroluxe about how disappointed we were in the tattoos and that we wanted our money refunded because we feel like they did not give us tattoos, they gave us injuries. We have to hide these tattoos until we get them covered up. I reached out to Electroluxe, via Facebook, and told them that we were very unhappy with our tattoos and wanted our money back. I gave him the full details of our experiences. We were very professional because we did not want any issues. We just wanted to move on and get our money, so that we can pay for these to be covered up or corrected. He then bashes me, flips my words completely, and says that I'm discriminating against Luis, who has a medical marijuana card. Even though I stated multiple times that I did not have a problem with someone who smokes weed. I just want my tattoo artist to be sober. They go on to say that I am being degrading because I asked for copies of the waiver and they sent us someone else's waiver that had sharpie scribbled over the info. Mind you, I have still remained professional after everything they have put us through, with experiences and their words. I was confused because when I asked for our signed waivers, they said that they didn't have to send it to us, but yet sent us a random waiver that was not signed by us..? This document could have been modified, especially because it was not the waivers we signed. It makes us think they are hiding something because they are refusing release our actual waivers to us. I had asked 2-3 times for these waivers. They go on to say that if "maybe you were less entitled you'd get further." I have no idea where they get the idea of me being "entitled" when I just wanted to see the document we signed. I was also called and idiot. See pics below
