The shop was very up to date with tech as you sign your waiver on a tablet. Set up was sterile for my nose piercing and I know sterile being a nurse. Tattoo area was also very clean, well maintained, and set up well as this was each our 3rd tattoo. As for the staff, I found myself BSing with the staff vs hanging with my BFF while she got her tattoo...OPPS! The tattoos came out as we thought they would. It was all in all a very good experience!!
