I sat in the room and waited for another 35 minutes, and nobody showed up. I walked out, and checked with the receptionist. She said that the nurse was almost done. The receptionist said they double booked me with another customer. They could have said that when I booked my appointment or when I showed up, so I could book another time slot for my appointment. Or, they could have informed me that the nurse is running late, at least, but they didn't handle the situation professionally. I ended up leaving without the treatment.
