HOLY CRAP BUYER BEWARE…read more To be completely , let me begin by saying I've been coming to LaserAway for years for my Botox and absolutely have loved nearly every injector that I've had here and have been very happy with my results. I've been lucky that the timing has aligned that when I'm running low, they're usually offering a "bank" deal (and their deals are great!) so I'll spend $1500 or $2200 at a time but that will last me for a good period. Now, I'm due for a treatment and moving soon, so I wanted to use up the end of my 'Tox bank and add a few extra units at full price to get to my typical treatment without re-upping another full bank until I know where I'm moving. As it turns out, ladies...they do NOT sell individual units! Laseraway has a policy of a minimum spend of $300 in units, even when paying full price, so that you will ALWAYS have money on the table with them. A classic ScamCity move. I'm shocked-I know this is a chain and a corporation so they don't really care, but I had taken them as such an honest company and I'm totally blown away. In the end, they win I guess, as I can't imagine continuing my relationship with this company after this. I think a smaller medspa or solo aesthetician is the way to go.

"hurry up and just pay and be done with this" vibe. I do understand that they spent a few minutes talking to me and determining the shot was not the solution. I didn't use any of their product or have any actual service done so was surprised I was charged the full rate. But yes, I was told it was for their "time and energy". It's like if I brought my car in for an oil change and the place said your car doesn't need an oil change or we don't have the tools to change this car, but still charge for the full rate of the oil change for the service, parts, and labor. I could understand paying a fraction of the payment just for the appointment I guess, but even then it was very quick. Personally as a business I would hope to genuinely provide value to my clients and treat those 5-10 minutes they talked with me as good will so that it's a good vibe, and you feel grateful and want to come back.. and want to continue referring others for suitable services.
