Once I filled out my form and handed back the ipad, I waited a total of 5 min before I was greeted by another staff member who took me take photos of my face before putting in a glass surround corner exam room, mind you on the 9th floor on Wilshire in Brentwood right before Santa Monica. The views were excellent the room was well decorated, organized, with breathtaking views and nothing like a hospital exam room. I was then introduced to Nikki H. my injector, who seemed very courteous and welcoming. She asked me specific questions regarding what were goals with tox and then asked if i'd make certain expressions with my face so she can make her analysis. Immediately after she had the NP Lovely come in and review the treatment we agreed on. Once she came, set up her kit, then proceeded to stick me while I was talking to the NP. Funny thing I didn't feel a thing and it was seemless. Once treatment was completed Nikki walked me to the reception to schedule a follow-up and was incredibly kind. This isn't my first rodeo so to have an injector handle the procedure so delicately for me not to notice while I was in mid discussion, was excellent. HOLY CRAP BUYER BEWARE…read more To be completely , let me begin by saying I've been coming to LaserAway for years for my Botox and absolutely have loved nearly every injector that I've had here and have been very happy with my results. I've been lucky that the timing has aligned that when I'm running low, they're usually offering a "bank" deal (and their deals are great!) so I'll spend $1500 or $2200 at a time but that will last me for a good period. Now, I'm due for a treatment and moving soon, so I wanted to use up the end of my 'Tox bank and add a few extra units at full price to get to my typical treatment without re-upping another full bank until I know where I'm moving. As it turns out, ladies...they do NOT sell individual units! Laseraway has a policy of a minimum spend of $300 in units, even when paying full price, so that you will ALWAYS have money on the table with them. A classic ScamCity move. I'm shocked-I know this is a chain and a corporation so they don't really care, but I had taken them as such an honest company and I'm totally blown away. In the end, they win I guess, as I can't imagine continuing my relationship with this company after this. I think a smaller medspa or solo aesthetician is the way to go.

Unfortunately, I returned for microneedling and PRP and had a completely different experience. I specifically explained that I did not want filler anymore, and PRP was recommended instead. The nurse applied PRP around the sides of my upper cheek area, which I deeply regret. Afterward, I learned that many providers do not inject PRP into the cheeks this way at all, which makes me question why this treatment was recommended and performed in that area in the first place. At first, the result seemed fine, but over time the volume changed and appears to have shifted into other areas. The worst part is that, unlike filler, I can't simply have it dissolved. When I contacted the clinic, instead of offering to evaluate the problem or help find a solution, they suggested I may have had the procedure somewhere else. I know exactly where I had it done, and if another clinic had done it, I would obviously be contacting that provider instead. Regardless of whether they agree with my concerns, I believe a clinic should take a patient seriously when they report an unwanted result from a procedure performed there. I would like them to acknowledge the situation, properly evaluate what happened, and work with me toward a solution rather than questioning my account of where the treatment was performed.
