I have been seeing Naz H for almost two years now for electrolysis. Her hand skills and professionalism are unparalleled to any other provider I have been to. She is gentle with her hands to ensure I am comfortable and pain free. She is understanding and flexible with scheduling and she always try to accommodate my hectic schedule! Everything went well in the first four sessions, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about Electroylsis. But then, when I went there for my bikini line, I think she was on something and couldn't remember who I was or why I was there, so she sat me down and attempted to zap my face. She then moved on to my bikini line, where she burned the hell out of me, causing smoke to billow from my stomach, and she just kept burning me and pushing that needle deeper and deeper into my skin. I had to come and write a review for the superb service that I am receiving from Tracy. I am African American with rich brown skin and Tracey assured me that electrolysis was the best choice for me regardless of my pigment, unlike laser. Her office is located in a very nice neighborhood in Wallingford. The waiting area is immaculate, warm, and decorated well. The actual room where the services are performed is spotless, clean, and looks very hygienic. I was made comfortable and asked to lay down at a 180 degree angle on the table, Tracey then propped my legs up with the cushioned wedge to make me even more comfy! My second visit I was encouraged to listen to music through some earphones that I had brought along with me, which I did :-) The personality of the electrologist was very personable and inviting. I was quite comfortable speaking to her about the areas that I wanted to have treated. As it was my first time doing it ..I did express how nervous I was about possible pain ( I have a very low pain threshold) and she did a wonderful job of easing my trepidation. She must be highly skilled because while it did sting a little (like a small static shock) , it did not hurt anywhere near as much as I thought it would and had read that it would. Lol.! I'm already looking forward to getting additional areas treated and even expanded the length of my session to one hour instead of the initial 30 minutes I was doing.
