There's even an app to see appointments requested, past appointments, etc. I booked myself the Lux pedicure with regular polish and the Gel-x full set with gel polish. First thing first is you have to wash your hands then pick out polish. Stefania did my pedicure and she was super sweet. She helped me find the polish I wanted and when it came to the pedicure OMG I almost fell asleep with how comfortable I was. She was fantastic. She got my nails the shape and length I wanted. My feet look and feel so so great! Onto the nails. Emily is seriously a master at this! My nails are literally perfect. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered. At 81 years old, I wanted a short pixie cut with fringed bangs. First, I was given a relaxing hair shampoo with some scalp message with a thorough rinse (which some stylists don't do) and a keratin treatment I had requested. Tony did a great job, so I requested him for my next appointment. Since making that switch, the dynamic changed. When I entered the salon for my latest visit, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Normally Anh says hello when I enter the building, this time I initiated greetings to him upon walking into the salon. In addition, reception called me before my appointment to tell me Tony was sick. They gave me the choice between a new technician or Tony's wife. I chose Tony's wife, But, when I arrived, they put me with the new person. When I checked out and asked reception why the switch happened, the woman told me that 'some changes were made' without giving me any real explanation. Hoping to resolve this privately, I reached out to Anh directly via text to share my feedback. It has been a week and he has not responded to my text. It is disappointing to see a business treat a loyal customer with such disregard.
