I haven't gotten my nails done in a long time however I had gone quite frequently in the past to an amazing nail technician and place. One - it's very cold in there. Not too pleasant when you're sitting there for nails, and wearing fairly warm shoes. Two - the "quick dry" spray doesn't dry. Not to put your coat on isn't an option in the winter in New England. Having a place to dry your nails needs to be in place or atleast communicating to your client just sit here for x more minutes then we can check them. And lastly a smooth looking nail is expected when you pay for nails. I do my nails all the time at home the only different is that smooth finish you hope to achieve by a nail technician. The simple nail art did come out beautiful. Honestly, the salon itself is a no for me altogether with a less than average experience. I don't recommend it. I can be more specific of other issues but I honestly don't like leaving these kinds of reviews. I think the salon owner needs to pay more attention to details while there are far too many nail salons to choose from that capitalize on one of these issues. Maybe it was a bad first experience but i won't be returning.

The receptionist gave me her number and asked me to send her photos of my current hair and an inspo which i did during our call at 2:02 pm. She said the owner was out of town and wanted to consult her first. I had to take the time off of work way in advance so I was hoping they would call me if they cancelled. The day before I call and the part time receptionist finds out my appointment was cancelled and no one knows why. I am slightly frustrated because again I took time off work and no one seems to know about why it's canceled or anything about the photos I had sent. She offered to rebook me and then go find out but being wary of scheduling more time off without a service I just asked if she could find out first and then call me back. I never received a call back. They were nothing but kind to me but I just felt like as a new client they weren't too interested in doing my hair so I will be going somewhere else. Just a shame because I liked the place before but I feel like its more effort than it's worth when it seems so disorganized.

I was looking for a nail salon open on a Sunday and came across this one close by. Went in, unknowing and was very pleasantly surprised. I asked for a mani/pedi and was taken right away. I had a woman named Stephanie and highly recommend you ask for her! The regular pedicure lasted 40 minutes and included a scrub, massage, hot stones, hot towel, and hot paraffin wax. She was in no rush and I really enjoyed it. The manicure was fantastic as well. She showed effort and care as she made my fingers perfect. The polish is flawless. While my toes and fingers were drying, Stephanie also gave me a 5 minute massage which was lovely. My total pre-tip was $40 and it was great service for a great price. I found this place last week seeing as it's close to my job. The service I was given was nothing less than amazing it was clean, It was professional, and it was friendly. This week I came to bring my daughter, and the service was exactly the same if not better, the staff is very good at what they do, they take their time and they help you relax not to mention the massage you get at the end is a bonus.
