Late review that was lost in my edits from 2020. I…read morepurchased kitchen cabinets from home Depot and today I tried to return the pieces of extra trim that were not used. Since I purchase these through a contractor I did not have a receipt nor did I have any knowledge of which home Depot they were ordered from, however I did have an order number from home Depot. I went to my nearest home Depot , Northgate, which is 20 minutes away from my home only to be told that I could not return the five pieces of trim because they were not ordered from that specific home Depot and asked me to drive about 45 minutes to a home Depot that is out of my way. I asked to speak to a manager to see if there was any way that he can make an exception because I just drove 20 minutes and did not want to drive another 45 minutes to a home Depot out of of the way. I asked to speak to a manager however the customer service was hesitant to call them. The assistant manager Noah came after a few minutes I explained my situation and gave him my order number. he said that he found the order but could not refund my money because it was not purchased at that specific store. I don't understand how home Depot could pride themselves on customer service when they are refusing to refund something that was purchased from their company and then asking their customers to go out of their way and spend more time and money during the pandemic. I purchased from HD because of the fair prices and customer service, but on this day I was disappointed to say the least. I have met the store manager before this incident and I believe he would have made an exception in this case not only because it's the right thing to do but because I believe he would have remembered me when I advise him of one of his employees spitting on the exit floor of the store exit threshold while the employee was counting the people exiting next to the line of people waiting to enter. I haven't had an issue with this location since this incident and continue to visit.

Nope. Took another 3 weeks before they could deliver. Yesterday the sound bar died. Called Best Buy and they want to charge me $129 (starting rate) to service the sound bar even though I bought a protection plan. The sales folks sold the plan as if I have 100% coverage from day one of the purchase for two years. Come to find out, it only kicks in AFTER the manufactures one year warranty. So what did I pay for then? The entire purchase has been nothing but lies and deceptive sales practices. This is the last thing that I will EVER purchase from Best Buy. No one ever answered, but that was preferable to having to deal with that rude customer service person. Very gruff. Staff should be trained better. Upon delivery, the cabinets had visible paint damage through the shrink wrap, which was the only packaging used. The truck driver, Eric Wilhite, who was hired by Rustic Woodworx, helped open the wrap, inspect the damage, and arranged a video call with Randy Hamblen. During that call, Randy agreed that I should obtain bids from local painters and that Rustic would reimburse the repaint cost. After the call, I also sent Randy detailed photos of all paint-damaged areas. I received multiple quotes and informed Randy that the lowest bid was $800, which he approved. After the work was completed, I sent photos of the paint preparation, paint work, and the proof of payment to the painter to Randy on September 7. On September 12, Randy responded: "Good afternoon, did the painter provide any kind of detailed invoice? The insurance company is asking for one. Trying to get this expedited for you. Thank you for your patience." I provided the requested detailed invoice on September 15. Since then, I have reached out repeatedly--via text messages on Sept 20, Sept 27, Oct 9, Nov 17, and Nov 24--and left multiple voicemails, as he is not answering my phone calls. My wife also attempted to contact Janet Hamblen without success. We have not received a single reply from Rustic Woodworx since September 12. It has now been several months, and despite our efforts to resolve this matter patiently, Rustic Woodworx has not followed through on the agreed reimbursement or provided any update. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability. I hope this review prompts the company to finally respond and resolve this outstanding issue.
