I would never recommend this automotive shop. The owner, Steven, and his sidekick Jeremy are a narcissistic duo who care more about money than customers or employees. Jeremy constantly orders the wrong parts, which leaves customers waiting much longer than necessary, while Steven allows it to continue because it benefits their pockets. When you leave your vehicle with them, don't expect it to be treated as a priority -- it will be torn apart and pushed to the side while they chase jobs that make them more money. Cars are rarely fixed properly because they rely on mechanics who are still in training instead of experienced professionals. The shop has a reputation among current and former employees for being toxic and manipulative. Jeremy manipulates both customers and employees on Steven's behalf, creating an environment built on dishonesty. Many people, myself included, have seen or heard about customers being scammed out of significant amounts of money, and the way they treat people is downright terrible. If you value your vehicle, your money, and your peace of mind, stay far away from this place. read more

I made an online appointment for a flat tire repair. When I arrived they promptly inspected the car then brought it into the garage. The waiting room was spacious and clean with free WiFi and bottles of water. In about 30 minutes the car was ready so I grabbed my wallet to pay. They handed me the keys and said "there you go, all set, no charge sir." Wow. read more

I purchased tires from their website and had them installed a year ago and was extremely pleased with their customer service. More recently I had one tire patched on a road trip and the patch started to fail. I brought it back into discount tire and they replaced the tire under warranty and had me in and out in an hour despite being fairly busy. During that time, I also observed their interactions with many other customers. Each interaction was courteous, patient, honest, and cheerful. Ordered my tires online & purposely declined the tire insurance scam. Got to DT & the tires were the wrong size, so the guy switched em out for a different brand with a higher mileage rating for the "same" price, he told me. Come to find out, it was the "same" price, because he added the tire insurance back on without telling me. So, I could have saved $63 dollars. Worse, is they gave me this email address to contact for a refund & I've been getting a run-around for 3 weeks & counting now...not surprised. They already lost a customer, but they don't even seem interested in making it right. read more

I called in a request for a new set of tires on 1/8/21 and the gentleman by the name of Alex. The phone was answered on the first ring and I was greeted with a kind voice who was happy to help with all the options, prices, and availability. (He remembered my name based on my car when I pulled in which was nice.) As I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman named James. James gave me several options and all the details fallowing such as prices, milage, etc. Both men where eager to help and very friendly. I typically don't enjoy doing this stuff because I feel as if at times I am being worked over. They did not pressure me at all. They quoted roughly 30 minutes but had me in in 10. The only reason behind the 4 star is there isn't much difference in tire price with other places. I'm sure they price match but I wasn't concerned enough. read more

If you've been to other tire shops, you'll know this is rare. I know they are required to up-sell, they explained the potential benefits with a no pressure approach. I never expected buying tires to be a pleasant experience and yet it was. Can't list everyone I worked with or observed but can say they were each great. Set up an appointment online for Friday at 9. Thought it would be busier, but they have free customer service reps right at the front so there was no waiting. Blake assisted me in picking out the proper Tire and mileage on them. Everything was very transparent. My Sentra has a few noticeable mechanical issues and I warned them about it. Usually, when we go to any kind of shop like this we get a very long lecture of how they can't believe we're not dead or that our car is going to kill us very soon. Not it Discount Tires. He was very clear they do tires only. I figured the wife and I would have time to go to breakfast but our car was done in 45 minutes. That is a fantastic turnaround time on a Friday morning with no appointment. We got two brand new tires with a mileage rating of 60,000 miles for $200. Service was incredible, and the process was very expedient. Taj help this check out and get out the door and on our way. Will certainly come here again for my tire needs in the future. read more

I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. First question I asked is if they match competitors pricing. They said yes. I then showed the advertisement for a set of Goodyear. Again, they said no problem, and then proceeded to try to sell me a set of Kumho. "We can sell you the Goodyear, but you'll be lucky to get 35000 miles out of them." This was for a 65000 miles warranty tire. I said I was fine with the Goodyear and that's why they do pro-rate. "Have you ever considered a Cooper? We can get you a set of those for a total of $2.00 less". I walked out. Again, I knew what I wanted, they said they could do it, so that's what I was going to give them money for. Trying to downgrade me into inferior tires is not. read more

Great service by Jayden who helped me with new tires and replacing a wheel I had cracked. Unfortunately having to only give 4 stars to hopefully draw attention to the fact that I've left this location with paint damage the last 2 times I've been. When I picked up my car from having new tires put on, I noticed a deep door ding. When I returned about 2 weeks later to have a cracked wheel replaced, I now have what appears to be damage from being hit by someone parking. I'm assuming this is due to customers who clearly do not know how to park or pull out of parking spots at this particular location. I was hoping this would become my permanent go-to spot for tires, but leaving here twice with damage is enough for me to not return. read more

He pretty much gave away multiple tires to multiple different customers in an effort to just make them more safe on the road. He wasn't worried about the money at all. My tire pressure started going down. Went to one place where they ignored me for 5 minutes then said it would be 4 hours before they could look at it. Went to discount tire. Sean came to my car, asked me what was wrong, had me drive over to the air compressor. Saw I had picked up a screw in that tire. Told me it would be about 30 minutes but if I wanted to give him my info I could go run an errand and come back they could get me right in. Filled my tire so I could go. I came back, they got me right in. Fixed the tire and had me on my way in 20 minutes. AT NO CHARGE!!! Every person I dealt with was smiling, polite and helpful. Highly recommend. These tires will probably need to be replaced this year and I will head straight to Discount Tire on 153. read more

They only sell quality products and will do comparisons for you according to your nerd and budget. They also offer a CC With 6 mos no interest. They also do road force tire balance which is a must for me. When you only sell tires and rims there isn't a lot to get in the way.
