I seriously thought I was going to have to replace it despite getting it 5 months ago. I chose to take my laptop computer here because of great google reviews. I felt they would be more attentive & affordable than "Best Buy's geek squad" My Husband dropped off my laptop for me after 4pm on a Tuesday. They closed at 5pm. I immediately started getting "update" emails from Matthew. Matthew was so professional and was just wonderful to have as my specialist. He constantly kept me updated with each step he was doing on my computer (I loved that). He called me to let me know my hard drive needed replaced. He gave me my options. I could use my warranty or buy a new one. Now here's where I was impressed, I thought my warranty expired after 90 days of owning my laptop. Matthew was able to tell me my warranty hadn't expired, that I could use it & when it does expire. He even went above and beyond by sending my computer to HP because it was under warranty. I figured he would have just had me come & pick up my computer, but He took care of everything!!

After moving to another town I decided to try other repair stores in the local area and they looked like motley fools compared to Tony. Even I knew more than them. In addition to all this, he doesn't charge too much. Very affordable compared to all those other places that claim to know computer repair. I left this review because I'm moving out of state and I can't take it to him anymore. He recommended his personal anti-virus software, in which he proceeded to plug a USB into my laptop. At first it was fine, all of my spam was gone. But within the next couple days I went to check on my Crypto account, where I had over $20,000 in Bitcoin and XRP. All of this was wiped out and my account was left with nothing. I am led to believe that the man that installed his personal "anti virus" had stolen my blockchain key and got into my crypto account where he took all of my earnings. This was for my grandpa's retirement and he has been depositing his social welfare checks in there for over 10 years. The screen was not cracked on the front, but was cracked on the back for the past 2-3 years. Ive had it for 4 years. It is the iPhone 11 Pro. When i brought it in about 6 weeks ago, they replaced it. About a week later, it would glitch and start pressing buttons and doing stuff on its own. Since I dont live here, I just had to deal with it. I would press the power screen to shut off screen and then start over and close out of things. I tried calling and emailing to get a refund for their lifetime warranty. Well Friday, the screen slowly dimmed all the way to black again, and I emailed them again for a refund to get it repaired in Missouri. Well, Monday it started working again, and Wednesday, once again, dimmed to black and unusable. I have not dropped the phone and it has had no water damage. The first technician did NOT notate the phone had a crack on the back of the phone. I am 100% of MY PHONE having a crack in it for a couple years now. This is bad business. My livelihood is from my phone. It's how I make a living, get directions, and do work as I own a business and work a full time and part time job apart from that. I am now being charged an additional $112.87, plus the $172.71 I paid. This lifetime warranty is no good, if their employees are not taking the proper, neccesary notes and steps to keep track of every device they handle. Need to train people to slow down and have a checklist. I feel screwed.
