Great response, friendly, and got the job done at a reasonable rate. Ice maker needed to be repaired and came in with a good price.

I needed a part for my Sumsung dishwasher so I headed up to Tony's appliance on route 19 in Port…read moreRichey where I have had very good luck with them in the past up until today. When I arrived at 8;15am I was greeted by a man who told me that the person that could help me was not in yet but he would be in around 10/10;30 today and he asked me to leave my name, model number/ part number of the part I was looking for and my phone number which I did. At around 11;30 I did not hear anything for Tony's Appliance so I called them thinking maybe I somehow gave them the wrong number or they couldn't make the number I wrote down. A nice lady answered the phone, I told her who I was and asked her if she had the information that I left for the person who was to call me back with the availability/price for the part I was looking for. She told me the person still has not arrived. I asked her to repeat the number I wrote down earlier just to ensure they had the correct information and she read it back perfectly. So now here it is 5;30 1/2/2026 and I still have not heard anything from Tony's appliance. Did he return to the North Pole with Santa??? Hey, I wanted to give him the business as he's a local business owner here in my community but apparently he doesn't want my business so I have already purchased my part elsewhere. Bottom line- if you're looking to get your appliance repaired you're going to need to go elsewhere because this dude does not return your calls. I hope this review helps other potential consumers who are in need of a part- wait all day and receive no contact whatsoever.

They only had one appointment available for the next day I said is there anyway you can come a half hour later so I don't have to leave work early they said absolutely not. If it wasn't today, it was going to be three days from now so I left work early and they never showed up or called me to tell me that they weren't coming! The man with an accent who answered the phone was rude. If I didn't have to go through them by my realtor, I would never.

Ryan was there the next day on time and ready to go. The plumber had left the plug from the dishwasher to the drain in the sink in!!!! Ryan found it in 5 minutes, worked through the cycles to make sure it was working fully, gave me an education lesson on all the options with the dishwasher. I would recommend him highly!

The starter has gone out again for the 3rd time. I was told last time it would be under warranty. Today they came out and said it looks like it needs a new ignition. I said it should be covered under the warranty, he then said let me try something else. Then he said it was the switch not the igniter. He adjusted it, no new parts, and suddenly it works now. He said he adjusted the switch. At this point he presented me with the bill for another $200. I said it should be covered by the warranty from the Last time I paid for it. I told the service man he had a choice, cover it under warranty or loose me as a customer. He chose to be paid, which I did. I warned him my review Would be ugly. He said he would respond also. Bottom line, I have paid over $1000 within a few months to get my grille to light when I turned the button. Warning to the potential customers beware! I try to be fair and understanding to all the service people that I deal with. But for all of you considering using Bageard service they are expensive and they don't stand behind their work. I am willing to defend my position on how I feel about this service man and Bageard service. I would give a lower score if possible.
