We awoke last month to a very warm house. called our…read moreAC company and they sent out a serviceman immediately, who discovered that it was NOT our AC. It was a transfer unit to our generator that had a fried resistor. I called Pan American and sent a picture of the fried part to Patrick who sent out their technician, Adam, who replaced it on the spot. Then Patrick, went way above the call of duty and explained that our original Generac installer had put this panel in, but Generac does not recommend it; they recommend a hard-wired connection. Patrick said, if this happened again to get the AC company to hard-wire so that when the generator came on during a power outage, and the AC was on, this wouldn't happen again. Great work!
