He took our deposit and never looked back. We are suing him in small claims court. He resides at 2617 Dawson Ridge Road, LaGrange Kentucky. Unfortunately he does not own that property. It is in the name of Beth Snyder, his second wife. SO if you are considering suing this jerk, then I suggest you go after his wife as he has little or no assets to be attached with a lien.

I'm not sure what was the problem but there were no other customers in the shop. After he shushed me several times while I was trying to tell him the dimensions I needed, I decided he could shove his carpet remnants somewhere else. I had talked to an older woman on the phone recently, and remember her from several years ago who was very friendly and helpful. Someone get her back in the shop.
