It's exactly what I wanted and was impressed that the salesman (wish I had saved his name) proactively reserved the roll of carpet that he could see was in a warehouse in California. We had to get a pool table moved out of the way and they recommended Rack 66, who were also very professional. The carpet installation took 2 days and those installers worked very hard. They moved some very heavy furniture around without complaint. The whole experience was top notch and I highly recommend Carpet Mart.

Terrible communication to start off a change in management as well as "letting employees go" allowed this company to skate by without fixing the issues in our home. We built our home in 2020/2021 and the floors were a substantial portion of our budget. Two people installed these floors (one was a Chick-fil-A worker on his first day of the job), and when they did, there was a lot of squeaking, delamination, gouges, and dents. We have several areas where the wood has chunks removed and looks as if it were chopped with a sharp tool . Socks snag on certain areas and stubbed toes happen as well. We voiced these concerns early on and were told to buy a crayon or marker to color in the spots. This was far beyond that we eventually had someone come out and look at things and determine that there should be some areas replaced, but that guy was sent on his way and we were back to square one ...by then there was also new management. Eventually, we gave up and just live with the issues that we cannot personally fix. The areas of carpet they installed have no transitions and staples were stepped on until we fixed that as well. The products are beautiful , but the installation and integrity of the products were lacking.

Seams were not taped with waterproof tape and install crew actually stapled carpet edges onto tack strip instead of properly stretching carpet. Ultimately had to cut about 1/2 to 3/4 inch of carpet from ends after gluing pad and properly taping seams of pad. Contacted owner and he responded right away saying he would get back with me very soon. After 5 weeks now can only assume he never had any intention of calling me back nor correcting the amateur installation of an unsupervised crew. I'll never use this company or recommend them. Zero stars was not an option.
