Everyone there that we worked with including Thao, David & Justin were fantastic and you can tell they really care about their customers. A lot of the times, we came after hours due to scheduling conflicts in which they were able to accommodate and each visit never felt rushed and they really ensure that every measurement is correct. The suits itself looked amazing on our wedding day and David was able to recommend some really cool additions to the custom suit. A day before the wedding day, 707 was available for my husband to buy shoes from them (they also have a great shoe collection). Becuase I've only needed minot adjustments, it's taken less than 10 minutes for her to pin my attire to the needed measurements. AND, when I got my items back I couldn't even tell where the adjustments were made so it looked super natural. Can't speak too much to turn around time, I dropped stuff off before a vacation and picked them up when I returned. I would call first just in case she's closed/on vacation.

He took a look at my boots and recommended capping the heels as well. Overall, the price was what you would expect from both of those services. I was given the turnaround time (2 weeks) and expected ready day. I would've preferred to get a call, but I saw the hallway full of work, so I guess it stands to reason no news is good news. My boots were scheduled to be ready on a Friday, and I went to pick them up the following Monday. The woman who greeted me didn't recognize my name, but found my boots with the ticket. I have an active job, like 11k steps the other day on these boots' test run. They held up beautifully and I'm so happy I got them restored. Great job!
