Becuase I've only needed minot adjustments, it's taken less than 10 minutes for her to pin my attire to the needed measurements. AND, when I got my items back I couldn't even tell where the adjustments were made so it looked super natural. Can't speak too much to turn around time, I dropped stuff off before a vacation and picked them up when I returned. I would call first just in case she's closed/on vacation.

It's hit or miss with this cleaners. Sometimes my clothes SEEM cleaned and others times, it's is clear they simply pressed them without cleaning. Pressing is also hit or miss. When a redo is requested, the garment returns looking as if nothing was done. And, the clothes never smell "clean." They either don't have a smell or a slight scent of a cleaner used to mask an uncleaned garment.
