I went for eyebrow threading, and was very happy with the results. My eyebrows aren't exactly the same on both sides due to an old injury, but most salons make them look even more different from one another, or pare them down very thin, in order to make them look similar, despite clear instructions and guidance every single time. At Elegance, I gave very clear instructions, and the eyebrow threading artist actually followed the instructions, as a result I have thick eyebrows that look similar on both sides. The service was very efficient, short wait time, and the vibe was casual, fast, efficient. Me friend and I went to get our eyebrows threaded and face wax and let me tell you she did the worse job ever ! She completely did my friends eyebrows wrong and mind you we get our faces waxed regularly but the salon we mainly go to was closed, after she waxed our faces we began to completely break out! Clearly she doesn't clean up her wax or something because we've never had a reaction to wax before . DONT RECOMMEND!! read more

She's very unprofessional. Kept telling her I have sensitive skin but she did so slow that the whole experience is so painful. Also I did upper lip waxing and she repeatedly pluck it out that I got a red patch and it turned black :-( at the end she even miscalculated the whole amount and added extra. Everything is terrible.
