The woman who threaded my brows was visibly sick. Although she wore a mask, she was frequently sniffing and I could feel her breath while she worked on my face -- it was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. If you're unwell, especially when working in close contact with clients, please stay home. I left feeling angry and disgusted -- especially since I have an international trip tomorrow and have been doing everything I can to avoid getting sick. While I liked them initially, the color faded completely after 3 to 4 weeks, and I deeply regretted it. Chu completely turned things around. She is incredibly skilled, professional, and took the time to listen to my previous bad experience and what I actually wanted.The entire process with Chu was wonderful. She mapped my eyebrows without plucking, keeping my natural eyebrow line perfectly intact, and we went over any changes together before starting.
