I understand there's delays but to ignore your client is unacceptable. I had to call another rental company last minute to get chairs and umbrellas for my occasion. Chairs arrived FILTHY. I spent nearly 2 hours cleaning and scrubbing dirt and stains off 16 chairs. 2. During delivery the young man swung around a stack of chairs and put a dent in our garage refrigerator. Thank goodness we'd moved our cars out of the way before they arrived. 3. Pickup was supposed to happen the following day (Friday). That day, I stayed home all day expecting a call/text that they'd be arriving soon to pickup the rental items, but no word. Then, the next day at 7:20am (Saturday) I am woken up by the doorbell ringing. I looked at my phone to check the time and saw a text from them only, 10 minutes prior, saying they'd be arriving soon.
