From the moment you walk into Zatsarina, you're met with kindness and professionalism. The inside is sleek and showcases all of Gina's talents. For my personal tailoring, in terms of a unique situation, I needed sleeves from a jacket placed on a spaghetti strap dress. Then, I needed a bustle added to my dress, tulle taken out of the bottom layers, and a slit added. The fabric of my jacket sleeves were very delicate (covered in beads); and I needed someone who I could fully trust. She delivered. She even hand placed matching beads in spots that were naturally not as crowded, to match the rest of the jacket. Additionally, she hemmed the sleeves of the jacket, so they were perfect. For my bustle, I wanted something that did not create a large bump around my butt, and the way she made the bustle was perfect and almost invisible. (My train was LONG, when bustled, you could not tell there were 14 buttons to make this possible.) It was so easy to connect everything- she showed my MOH a video how to do so too and even encouraged her to record it, which was super helpful dua of. my sister (MOH) was able to do it within a few minutes. Gina's work is perfection. She met with me multiple times to make sure everything was perfect and even provided directions on how to steam the day off. Also, Gina makes custom wedding dresses! Most places wouldn't have been able to do that, but Zatsarina's really came through. My first fitting was on August 24th with a second scheduled for September 18th and finally a pickup for October 4th. Gina was so efficient and diligent explaining what needed to be done (take in the shoulder straps, hem, bustle, etc). My first visit was thorough and she explained everything perfectly. All of the alterations would come to $800 (as I had bought off the rack at another boutique). When I came in for my fitting everything was looking great and only a few minor tweaks needed to be made. All in all, a great experience. There was a bit of a hiccup at the end when it wasn't fully ready for my pickup and still needed to be steamed. They made it work and were able to finish it while I waited. I didn't entirely like dealing with her husband but Gina was EXCEPTIONAL. She suggested a video on how to bustle which was super helpful for later. As I mentioned, I had a difficult request with such a quick turnaround time, but I'm so grateful for how everything turned out and how Gina was willing to help and deliver such high quality service.

She was absolutely the best thing about this business…read more When I called and inquired about alterations for a wedding, which is still three months away, the first and ONLY thing she was interested to know was whether or not I purchased my dress in her store. Since I did not (it is a vintage gown), I was dismissed and told that she needed to give priority to customers who bought their dresses in the store. So basically, I could either come in within the next week, or not come in at all. I suppose everybody is entitled to a business model, but this isn't the one that I would personally go with. I suppose you will get decent service if you are a high school student, and you buy your prom dress in their store, but I wouldn't count on receiving the kind of care and attention that you would have received when Zuma was there. Sadly, another dependable local business is no more.

She and her staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She basically designed the cards from start to finish providing helpful advice through the whole process. The end result was first class and my team and I were both impressed and pleased and we received compliments from several of our clients as well! During a follow up visit I took the opportunity to do a little Christmas shopping and was surprised at the wide variety of gifts and accessories available. I completed a fair share of my holiday shopping needs with the assistance of the very friendly and helpful staff! They even provided complimentary gift wrapping which was an added bonus. Do not use these people, they are a joke. Same for the Princeton location…read more A 15yr old with an ink jet printer could have done a better job at a 20th of the price. It is also clear to me they have never actually sent a letter themselves, they had no idea you cant use the space where the stamp goes, they tried to convince us that having envelope text at the very top or very bottom was normal, it isn't. After we received our prints, which were all-around amatuer, we demanded they redo them correctly. They offered to re-print from the Princeton location. The re-prints were even worse, cartoonishly large text covering corner to corner of the envelope. It was so bad that we had to send out the originals, which was completely embarassing. An unsusual percentage of our invites got lossed in the mail, Id say around 20%. I blame the papery for this, not the postal service. My conclusion is that this isn't a real business. A business wants to do a good job and retain repeat. A hobby business is one that thinks they can prey on big purse strings and do a amatuer job with no consequences. They might win a few paydays, but will never be profitable. We didn't even have high tastes for this, we just wanted something normal. They were not able to produce a normal invitation and addressed envelope, even when redoing their work. The work they produced was completely unacceptable.

We were visiting Spring Lake, NJ for the first time. It was listed as having one of the nicest…read morevillages and beaches in the State. There weren't many options available to stay close to the beach....the Shore Club was perfect. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach - with parking everywhere at no cost. It was a five minute drive to the village of Spring Lake. It was a five minute drive to the town of Manasquan....it's centrally located to everything. We had a room in the main building-it was cooler at night and we were out during the day, so we never had to use the air conditioning unit. It was a nice quiet room - looking out over the pool and stage in the back. We spent one evening listening to a small band playing at the pool. The management at the hotel was very accommodating and gracious. We would stay again as we're definitely going back to Spring Lake!
