We truly appreciated the convenience and all the arranging David did so quickly. David kept in frequent contact with us on the progress of repairs and any updates with our auto insurance company. My wife had a minor "disagreement" with a concrete car stop. It separated the bumper cover/front valence 3/8 inch and triggered a parking sensor code. Cosmetically the car looked OK but I wanted the sensor issue resolved. I went to my "usual" shop thinking they could reassemble everything. I was quoted $2,300 which included a new bumper cover, paint, etc etc. . . I then went to my insurance company's "preferred" shop. The service writer quoted me $4,300 without even bending over to look at the damage. Upon my brother's recommendation I took the car to David at Elegant Body Shop, which is where I should have gone in the first place. David took the time to thoroughly look at the car and provided me several options for repair. Within 3 hours the damage to the bumper was completely repaired and a short time later the sensor was reconnected and reset. All for a price well below the quotes I received at the other shops. I was so impressed with how smoothly my wife's repair was, I immediately gave him my car to repair. Another "disagreement" with a parking stop. They are AMAZING!! I needed my bumper secured. Other body shops were going to charge me a couple hundred dollars. Dave looked at it and was able to fix it free of charge. He also gave me quotes for some other small repairs and it was a lot less than other places. They did the job right no lie , but they parked my car outside of the shop and they made me get a ticket they didn't even tell until I got it by the mail to pay I talked to the worker David and he said yes sorry we had the cars in and out of the parking lot and that he will pay for it 100% I said ok no problem thank you and I trusted his word I never checked again until I got another mail to pay the fees because no one paid it and I checked and it's still there . I discovered this shop a couple years ago. I went to three or four different shops in Glendale. I needed my rear left bumper repaired after someone pulled into the parking spot next to me and rubbed some paint through to the primer. I also needed my front left bumper repaired after I scuffed some paint trying to park in a tight spot. David at Elegant was the most economical and affordable. They did an excellent job. A couple weeks later someone else did the same thing in the same spot on the rear bumper. I went back to elegant and they fixed it again. I had a friend get bumped on his drivers side rear quarter panel. Elegant was the only shop I recommended, and they did a great job. read more

These guys felt like family. I have never trusted mechanics more than when my family would help with my car. I recently got into a car accident and needed some major body work on my car. Found this shop and honestly I couldn't be happier. They took my car in on a Friday, ordered parts started it on Monday, by Wednesday they gave me a text saying to come check out the new part for the car before they assembled and painted. After my accident i was hesitating where to take my 2015 Honda accord. I had front damage to my bumper, grill, radiator etc.. My friend recommended me to this shop and i am very thankful he did so. Getting body work done is daunting, full of uncertainty. Elegant Body Shop and specifically David, were referred to me and so I went forward trusting the judgment of the one who gave me the referral. It was easy to set a time to go in, no problem there at all. When I did arrive, I was amazed to see how clean their service bay is. Everything was clean, proper and in order! I thought that was a good sign! I chose to leave my truck with them for the week and got a rental. The shop manager called me to ask for another day to refine the work as it was not as yet to his standard. I agreed (and he incidently paid for my extra day of car rental). When I did go in to get the truck, the area where the work was done was FLAWLESS!! I couldn't have been more happy! You'd honestly never know there was a ding there where they did the refinement. Above all, I can say that Elegant is a very professionally-run and very detail-oriented and clean auto body establishment managed by guys who are thorough and conscientious.
