After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

Before finding Glendale Collision, I took the bus to several other collision centers in the Glendale area. Unfortunately, they all turned me away because of the size of the vehicle and the complexity of the bumper. I was told the bumper was most likely custom and that the repair could be difficult and expensive. Most places didn't even want to look into possible solutions and instead recommended that I find an RV repair shop, which would have meant traveling 30+ miles outside of Glendale. Then I called Glendale Collision and spoke with Armen, and the experience was completely different from the start. Armen was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He wasn't fazed at all by the size of the bus or the custom bumper. Instead of telling me why it couldn't be done, he immediately started figuring out how he could help. I was also working with a very tight deadline and needed the bus repaired before the end of the month. Armen told me, "No problem," and he delivered! He worked directly with our insurance company to help expedite everything and kept the process moving. In only about two weeks, our bus was repaired and ready for pickup! I also really appreciated the trust Armen showed both me and my company throughout the entire process. That level of customer service is hard to find. This review is LONG OVERDUE! Back in November, someone side swept the front of my RR Sport. CARSTAR was recommended as the place I should take my truck to be repaired. TBH I was nervous as heck because I hate dealing with any kind of car issues. Well Vartan, Katherine, Manny, and I think his name was Anthony (or Tony) were beyond helpful. They were kind, provided great customer service, and really helped to calm my anxiety. And the cherry on top, my vehicle was done a week prior to the expected finish date. If I had the option of giving 10 stars, I would. My car was vandalized from the back, and I took it to Glenoaks Collision Center. They took care of everything from A to Z. They were always helpful, whenever I would call them they would give me updates, and they would send notifications through text messages letting you know which stage the car was at and when it will finish. Not only that, they finished fixing my car so fast, I was surprised when I got a call and they told me that my car was ready.
