The downstairs bathroom shower was not cleaned, my kitchen floor was not cleaned my banister had dust and I could tell where they stoped dusting. My laundry room was not cleaned. My windows still had marks from my dog's nose. My lamp shades were so dusty I could see the dust forming on the shade. I didn't complain to their boss I just motion the ladies back into my house to complete the job. Since it has been over 2 months and they haven't called to schedule a cleaning I think they just canceled me.

Also you should know to watch your billing because the girls in the office do not charge correctly and are very unprofessional. Would not hire back and would not recommend to anyone. If you do hire you need to be home while they work because they will skip multiple things. Also left my daughter hamster cage open. They say they're licensed and bonded yet they refuse to pay for damage at my home caused by their cleaners.
