The cleaning crew arrived over an hour late. Once they started, the entire job felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. Several areas were either poorly cleaned or completely overlooked. We hired this company expecting professional, quality service based on the initial impression, but we were left extremely unhappy with the results. I initially had them come and do a deep clean. They did a great job and I signed up for a monthly regular cleaning. The second time the cleaner came, it was an ok job. I paid for 2 hours of cleaning, the gal was 23 minutes late for arrival and then left after 26 minutes short of my paid 2 hours. As I was looking through the house after she left I noticed that there were no vacuum marks in the carpeted bedrooms. We have a large dog and so I decided to vacuum myself. None of the rooms had been vacuumed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I contacted the owner, Alma, about this. She stated she would send someone back but I told her I had already vacuumed and so that was not necessary. She said she would talk to her gal and make sure it didn't happen again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I scheduled my next monthly cleaning appointment with her at that time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]2 weeks later I get a text from Alma asking if she was cleaning the next day. I told her no, I had her on the schedule for December 7th. She texted back with confirmation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is now December 7th and 10 minutes past the appointment time I sent a text to Alma confirming the appointment for today. She responded back by text that she didn't have anyone available for my area. She also stated that they were going to have to close their Hermiston office.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I texted that she should have contacted me!
