Had them come out to clean 6 rooms, a hall and 2 sets of stairs. The owner came with another young man he was training. They were pleasant and did an average job. When I noticed an area that I thought was missed I called and they came back without an issue. The carpets smell nice!! read more

These guys are efficient and thorough. Couches look great, carpet looks like new. I actually said "wow the carpet looks great" and they replied, we haven't cleaned it yet. They were in the process of using a deep cleaning scrubber when I said that. So all in all, looks great. Definitely takes 5-6 hours for the carpet to dry tho. They warned me so I expected that, but try keeping your wife and 3 dogs out of the living room for that long. read more

These guys literally just left my house and I am thoroughly impressed. We just bought a house and are moving out of a rental. The rental has white carpeting in the bedrooms, I have 3 kids and they really did a number on the white carpeting. We were sure we weren't going to get our security deposit back. Even with getting the carpets cleaned, it was iffy. We were just hoping maybe it would come out. We called Elegant and they were able to schedule us quickly and for a decent price. They said they would arrive between 10 am and 12. They showed up right at 10 am. They were super friendly. Our tech was Nick. We walked through the house and talked about our realistic expectations for the stains. He said it would take about 45 mins. I left and came back and was amazed how much they got out. Bryce and Brent came out to do kitchen/bathroom tile floor and grout: power steam and seal. End result was fantastic! I've been living here a year, floors are abt 18 years old. I have been unable to make the floor look nice and now I know why. I called them back to take a look at a stain, which they worked on and determined it was a defect/stain in the grout itself. They were professional and thorough, tidy and polite. It is not an inexpensive project, but the charge was what was quoted. read more

Let me just say our dog got skunked and we needed a good cleaning. Nick came out on time and we discussed what we needed done. Our carpeting is 23 years old. We are replacing when we move out shortly, but we needed them cleaned desperately. Nick worked hard and fast. He carried a large and heavy area rug out to the back patio to dry when he finished with that one. They are very reasonable, professional, and most importantly did a great job. Evicted a hoarder tenant and let them know that the carpet was very soiled when I called for the appointment. However when the crew arrived, they were rather impolite. One went into the room and asked me "how am I supposed to vacuum this?" "I'm going break a $200 vacuum." I don't know. I DON'T CLEAN CARPETS FOR A LIVING, SON! Apparently, I'm supposed to psychically know that I had to vacuum first. Fine. I will before I call another company. They didn't even say good bye, or greet me either. I called back Elegant Carpet Cleaning after they came out the second time to clean our rug since the owner adamantly requested I call him if there are any issues. I left a voicemail clearly unhappy as my husband and I could smell urine mixed with their carpet cleaning product on the rug a few days after they cleaned it.....again. Again no puppy in the room where the rug is, so no repeat puppy occurrences. Guess what? My husband never received a call back. So my recommendation is to find someone else. It's unfortunate but this has been a poor experience that I don't care to repeat. read more

They sent out two people who appeared inexperienced with carpet cleaning. The residue on the carpet was dirty and the suction of the machine damaged my carpet. I had one room done with stairs and a hallway. I would not recommend this company. Too much product was used which made the carpet hard. Will never use their services again. read more

After the great job Nick did on my carpets in February, I called Elegant for duct and dryer vent cleaning. The guys arrived in the time frame, were polite, and were knowledgeable. Yesterday was brutal in the weather department. They covered my front door with a zippered panel after the equipment was inside so no bugs or hot air getting in. They carefully moved any furniture to reach the vents. For me, it was painless...no muss, no fuss. I will be having them do the dryer vent when they clean the carpets next year.
