We found Chuck and Family Carpet Cleaning via Yelp and hired them to clean our upstairs carpeting. 4 bedrooms, stairs, hallways. Chuck was on time, explained his methods, pointed out some areas before starting that appears to have been bleached due to some drops f cleaning products. He pointed them out before starting to letus know these were already there and nothing he could do about them. Very professional, set expectations, even cleaned a couple of cloth bar stools we asked him to try cleaning. He didn 't charge for those because he wasn't sure how effective he could be. We added a nice tip for the gesture, and, by the way, the stools were in fact cleaner than they were. Totally recommend this business for your carpet and upholtery cleaning needs. Quick, reasonably priced, friendly and they do a great job! They do furniture too. And they always ask if anything needs special treatment. I'll have them go over some pet areas twice. Carpet is damp afterwards but dries quickly. I like that they use steam rather than harsh chemicals. read more

I believe the gentleman who serviced our home today 10/10 was the owner and named Chuck based on other reviews. Although, I thought it said Tony. But I'm horrible with names lol great with faces Any who, he was on time, a little early in fact. He had a great personality!!! Very likeable and friendly instantly. Professional yet personable. We did a walk through so he could see the areas that needed his servicing. He told me the price upfront. He did a phenomenal job!!!!!! The carpet looked so much better. Plush and fluffy and smelled so fresh!!! He cleaned our living room, 3 bedrooms, loft area, 3 closets, stairs and hallway for a very affordable price. And he was done in about an hour. He left covers for my husband and I to cover our shoes. He explained to me how carpet dries as well as the expected dry time. He also stated that he offers a guarantee for his work. Great service by this team! I quoted the work out to a handful of companies and Nicole was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. They were also competitively priced with the other vendors and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. I had all the carpets in my home cleaned as well as a couch. Chuck arrived to do the cleaning. He was very polite and explained everything he was going to be doing and asked if there were any areas of concern. He took it upon himself to take care of some spots that I didn't even know were there too. Everything came out looking great. Two things important to me: quality of service and communication. I have to say what an excellent job that was provided by their customer service team and by the owner and operator of their company. The experience I had over the phone booking the appointment to their owner and operator was amazing! They provided me an excellent price and recommended that I save my time by allowing them to steam clean my entire house. He was courteous and provided help on moving furniture to hit all areas of my house. I have a 1700 sq ft townhouse and the whole process took about an hour.
