So when I placed an order for $140 bouquet it charged me 6 times and I told her this the day prior. She said she didn't see my order on her system and that I didn't have a confirmation number. Well, the next day I came to pick up the flowers because we said we could solve in person. Instead of canceling the additional charges she said to pay for the one in the system and I just simply gave up and said no. Now my aunt is without birthday flowers and I had a disappointing experience with this lady.

Dotties is located on the corner of Reseda and Sherman way with parking located in the back of the building turn right before the tire shop.
