I have used this business several times because their arrangements are unique and different. I wanted to send flowers to a neighbor whose cat died, but didn't have her phone number. Owner of the business said she would try to deliver at end of the day. She called a few hours later to say no one answered the door and given heat of the day she didn't want to just leave the flowers. Next morning she texted me she left the flowers, early. I had a relatively small budget and I gave Robin the colours I wanted and the explained the type of person I am sending the arrangement to. The result was stunning. I searched them out and called direct because I did not want to go through some internet site that sends the order to local shop and keep half the money thinking they would do a better job. I asked for a $250 arrangement to be delivered one mile from their store same day. They charged me $250 for this pathetic bowl of flowers that were already wilting. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of flowers so I pretty much know what to expect for the money. This place is a complete rip off. Save your money , go somewhere else. We decided to do a small wedding and we had 10 days to plan! I called Mulberry Row and asked if they could do something with succulents. I honestly didn't have a vision, just knew I wanted succulents. They asked my budget, and email. Within 15 mins I was looking at ideas (within my budget) of possible bouquets. One for me and a smaller one for my daughter. The next morning, they called to see if I liked any of the pictures they emailed. I sure did! 10 days later, we pick up the bouquets and I couldn't be happier! They even added a touch of light blue flowers. Mulberry Row took an idea and made it "blossom". After the wedding, they even replanted the succulents and rewrapped the flowers so I could hang and dry them. Such an amazing experience. Thank you so much! I ordered an arrangement for a friend who was in the hospital after a terrible car accident. I chose an arrangement called "Beautiful Day" from their website which was listed at $120.00 but I requested an upgrade to a premium arrangement for $150.00. There was nothing premium about the flowers that were delivered. The arrangement was a lot of greenery for filler, few actual flowers and none of the orchids, sweet peas, or other special flowers shown on the site. They obviously farmed my order out to some 1-800-flowers vendor. I will not order from this vendor again. So disappointing. read more

I have nothing but delightful things to say about Mulberry Row! My husband and I got so wrapped up in all other aspects of our wedding that we had neglected flowers until about a month before. I randomly looked up florists in the valley and Mulberry Row intrigued me. So, we went rogue and randomly stopped in. Lucky for us, Robin had a few free minutes, so we had a consultation right then and there! I could practically hear the gears in her head turning as I described what I wanted - I knew from the moment we started talking, Robin got me. The next few weeks, we ironed out all the details via email and a couple more in-person visits with Robin and Alicia. They did a phenomenal job bringing my vision to life while working with our conservative budget. Robin showed up on time the day of my wedding with her beautiful floral designs in hand. She stayed at my venue for a bit because she didn't want to place the rose petals on the aisle too soon (she was worried that the sun would fade their deep, dramatic shade of red). While Robin was waiting to scatter our rose petals, she noticed that my aunt was scrambling to help put the last finishing touches (little rhinestones) on our escort cards. I'm in Seattle and ordered flowers to thank a colleague who lives in Sherman Oaks. My colleague works from home and was unable to answer her cell to let them while working. I'm shocked to find so many 5 star reviews for this florist. My husband ordered an arrangement for me for Mother's day and paid 150 dollars for 6 roses in vase with a few lilacs and some filler. Now the arrangement was lovely, but to pay such an exorbitant price is simply robbery. He called Robin when he returned home disappointed and what made us leave this review was the extremely rude way she handled his complaint. He wasn't rude but expressed that he felt he was overcharged. (because he was) She was defensive and combative. She even went so far as to justify the price by saying they were "lucky to have flowers right now?" As if that justifies excessively overcharging people. I never write reviews but there are so many other lovely florists in the area you can patronize vs someone who robs their customers and has a poor attitude. read more
