On October 1st I went to the store and selected my slab. I then notified Nelson about my selection. Now the amazing part. Just 72 hours later Nelson contacted me and asked if they could do the install. I am sure my situation was somewhat rare and the stars aligned but I was truly astonished. I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. The interior is massive and definately a professional contracters dream and also for the public to view tons of product options for tile, wood and stone to upgrade their home. If you're in the mood to change your pool tile or the wife wants new flooring throughout your home, this showroom had alot of everything, including installation. Plenty of home LED lighting options and home decor repair items. They also provide a design center for the staff to discuss your needs and pricing. The staff was energetic and enthusiastic. This location is directly off 595 and several entry and exits with a gigantic parking lot. In my semi-experience home decor opinion, it's much easier shopping than Home Depot or Lowes.
