This review has been long overdue. Wolf in the Woods remodeled my kitchen in 2023 and I am so happy with my decision to use this company. I primarily worked with Tim Richard, the Sale & Design Consultant, to develop a concept to remodel my 1990s era kitchen. I was impressed with his knowledge and no pressure approach. He helped me craft a more contemporary look that made better use of the space in kitchen. The employees who installed the kitchen did a fantastic job -- they have been with the company for years and are very skilled. I also had the pleasure of meeting the company's owner, "The Wolf" himself , who ensured I was happy with the final product. Almost two years later, my kitchen continues to operate well and look great! I know I made the right decision to use Wolf in the Woods rather than purchase prefabricated cabinets. read more

Bill and his design/install team did a great job with a modest redesign of our semi-open floor plan kitchen. We got rid of a less than perfect pantry, moved the refrigerator from a left hand position to to center position and shifted the microwave and stove to centered position on the existing wall. Minor layout changes that greatly improved the kitchen appearance and flow. The cabinet choices with pull out shelving options were perfect. We have the optimum pantry with twice the capacity and easy access. Overall the kitchen, not counting the pantry has 25% more storage capacity with modern shaker style cabinets and redesigned island. We did have a couple workmanship defects that were promptly repaired. read more

I agree with the other honest reviews.. Nice showroom with sharp sales people, beautiful products but the customer service changed as soon after they got my money. The delivery drivers that they use are nasty inconsiderate, unprofessional. If I would have listened to these reviews, I would have driven a few extra miles to purchase my Sub-Zero refrigerator. read more

"WOLF IN THE WOODS" or " SNAKE IN THE GRASS" (One and the same!!!) DON'T even walk through the door!!! Don't give the owner or one of his sales people the opportunity to "SELL" you. Once they had our $28,000.00 deposit (1/3 the total cost) their attitudes changed, NOT for the better. We were now at their mercy. The owner told us he could only give us a better price if we paid half in cash and half by check (no credit cards) which we did, so we had no recourse or choice but to continue with them or loose our deposit. We had a budget of $84K which we were going over, so I discussed with the owner to eliminate 4 pull-out shelves at a cost of $1200.00 ea. to bring the cost down. The pull-outs were eliminated from the plans, but he refused to credit us the money. He said he had already given us a good deal. Upon installation the cabinet doors had blemishes in the pain, which had to be repainted. I could go on and on. It was a battle throughout the entire job. I was so happy to be getting a new kitchen and it was beyond stressful. One and a half years later, paint is chipping and splitting on our white cabinets. My husband called them and told them we needed some repairs. The only reason he called them was they had the custom paint color. He was told they were too busy for a small job like that. They took our $84K initially with no hesitation, but now that we need repairs on their poor quality paint job, they are too busy. He is a very good salesman and a thief. Go elsewhere!!!! read more

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! They are definitely wolves in sheep's clothing. Just ripping people off. Once they have your money the customer service goes right out the window. They do NOT stand behind their workmanship! They did a kitchen for me a couple of years ago and now there are issues with the paint and the cabinet doors. I have been calling and emailing for 4 months hoping to speak with Bill Wolf the owner to get someone to come out and look at what's going on. Not a response! I went here looking for custom, in-set cabinetry and I was told they don't recommend it due to the South Florida humidity due to wood expansion?? (I currently have some in my home and no problems whatsoever) Yet they had some in the showroom but it definitely didn't look like their specialty... way too many seams. Defeats the purpose of in-set. At their price point I expected more innovative designs, something more fresh in the design industry. read more
