I looked at my credit card bill today and the price increased over last month with no notice. When I called to cancel, I was told you have to email the member email and wait a month. If you get charged again then you can come in one last time. WHAT? Looked at the website and there is NOTHING in their Terms and Conditions or anywhere on the site as to how to cancel. Called the corporate office in Jacksonville and was told again that email is the only way. There is only one person who handles the cancellations and he doesn't have her phone number. She calls him directly but he can't call her. This is the most ridiculous way to handle cancellations I have ever heard of. Great gatekeeping.

As a result of a bad eyebrow experience, it prompted me to grow my eyebrows. Didn't tweeze, wax or thread for almost two years! I had full eyebrows when I had them done with Palvi, she cleaned 'em up, shaped and kept it thick. I also have to mention that my face has a significant asymmetry, but now that my eyebrows are even! My facial asymmetry is less noticeable! I'm emphasizing the full eyebrow thing disclaimer because most people would maybe think over plucked eyebrows would magically look okay... usually the issue is not with the business... it's with the client's high expectations.

I went in today to get acrylic nails done- they were busy but able to get to me right away. Tiffany did my nails- I picked out a polish, she buffed my nails, applied the acrylics, made sure I liked the length, and double and triple checked to make sure they were even and nicely filed. She didn't speak much, but none of the employees really speak English, which is fine. Her attention to detail was very good and she did an immaculate and swift job. I was very impressed, full fill with a special finish (I like my nails pointed) for $28. I'll definitely be going back and asking for the same employee :) read more

I have tried so many places over the four years I've been in Gainesville and this is by far the best place. John was very nice and detailed and listened to the design and shape i wanted my nails and if I asked him to correct something he would and make sure all my nails were even. Will go again read more
