So disappointed. I took my son to get his nails painted only and I wanted a full set of Acrylic for myself. I told them just paint his nails, they decided to give him a manicure. They made him bleed on 3 finger's. This was his first time and did not give him a good feeling. My nails are awful. They are so chunky and some have different shapes. They are so flat, no C curve. The guy who did my nails did not talk at all. I tried to let him know what I wanted, but he didn't do it. Now I need to remove these and start again. The stamping is my doing. Needless to say the bill was much higher then expected. So mad. Waste of $90. read more

The worst nails ever! Me and my daughter both got our nails done their. Her gel polish was on her acrylics so thick it peeled off and it was still wet on the inside! Negatives first. -As soon as you sit down they up-sell you to the deluxe pedicure with a promise that it is so much better than the regular one. $35 compared to $25 -I explained that I really needed my feet scrubbed so she pulls out this massive cheese grater thing and starts lightly scrubbing my feet. I wanted to say get in there girl.. lol -Poor English. I dislike saying excuse me or 1 more time or sorry I didn't hear you. -The sanding block for your feet and the grater sit on the garbage can when not in use. -The wax they put on your feet is so amazingly HOT I thought I was going to get blisters on my feet -She had to repaint my toes twice because the nail polish was old and clumpy. After the second time - I just let it go. I went to the store and got some polish and redid my own feet. Positive -Got me in quickly EDIT** I watched the lady who did my pedicure take the nail tools, rinse them off with water and seal them into a "sterilized" bag for reuse. If you think about it - when she did my nails - she was using dirty un-sterilized tools and the next person is going to get the same thing. Isn't that against the law? read more

Set my daughters to get their nails done and they try to cheat my daughters out of their money and did very poor work.

I decided to give this place a try and wish I didn't. I got pink and white ombré shellac manicure done on Friday, by Monday the bottom of the white had staters to turn yellow. I have been getting my nails done for a while now and had no idea why this had happened so I went back to the salon. They were surprised this happened and said they would fix my nails. All they did was blob on white over the yellow part and clear coat it again. You could see where it has been done and wasn't properly blended in and to make matters worse a few days after that they chipped. I have never had shellac nails get ruined and look that horrible before. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

This was my first visit, and probably my last. I arrived as a "walk-in", and was quickly seated for my pedicure. The place was not very clean. My nail tech barely spoke english, and didn't understand what I meant when I said I wanted my nails filed straight (she had filed them crooked). When I asked her to put a flower design on my toes, she said "yes", but didn't do one. I didn't notice because we were abruptly moved from the pedi- chair to the nail table, where she finished my toes under the table, while soaking my hands. It was a bit uncomfortable to hold that position: sitting straight up in a chair, extending one leg then the other, all while holding your arm straight out to reach the dish. She was very efficient, and sweet, though, and I did get the best foot and leg massage I've ever gotten during a pedicure. read more

I had my nails done here, what a nightmare! They chopped off my long natural nails which I specifically asked them not to. She just started chopping to get the extra money for the white tips. It took 2 hours when I just wanted a fill. The nails were thick and bumpy, not even at all. When I told the manager I was displeased I had 3 asian ladies yelling at me in english and in their foreign language. They overcharged me by $20 and did a horrible job. I will never go there again. They are not truthful in wait times. With several employees sitting in the back of the salon they told me a 10 mn wait. After I had waited 20 mn they lied and told the next walk in it was still only a 10 mn wait. As it approached 30 mn I left. I wasted that time and will never return to this business. read more

These ladies are rude and don't pay attention to detail when their job only entails detail. They messed up my nails...the polish looked old, I mentioned something but they guaranteed it was fine. I came home and one chipped right away. The next two days they all started peeling. I've had shellac done soooo many times, never have they started to even ruin before 2 weeks. I came back to show them, and they kept saying how come we don't remember you coming here. I explained the names of the two ladies that worked, they day, the time, the cost, I also identified the type of purse one of the associates walked out with. Then they had the guts to yell at my daughter for looking at plastic swatches. My daughter is a mature 8 year old! Also when I was there one other associate showed her tip to all of the other associates who were busy assisting other customers. They're so unprofessional. They asked me where I worked and where I lived...like my Status should make a difference. read more

I had a horrible and somewhat bizarre experience here. I did a walk in for regular manicure. After filing my nails, I asked her if I could pay now before the polish went on (which is a pretty normal thing at most salons). She acted like that was weird and said okay; I handed her the money and told her the change I wanted back (so the tip was included). She took the money and gave it to someone and then started doing my nails. I'm sitting there thinking, can I get my change now? The whole point of paying first is so that I don't have to handle any money right after my nails get done and mess them up. Then she went on to do a really bad job of painting my nails, she just seemed very careless. I was getting upset and when she was done I was like can I have my change now? Then she went on the tell me that she had already given it back to me (when she didn't). I was like, no, you didn't give it back. Then she started to cause a scene and went on almost yelling about how she gave it back to me. I was like, 'okay, thanks have a good day'. I got up and was pretty upset and left since it was super awkward, some of the other staff were kinda of staring. It was only $5, but still, it was wrong. I literally went home and took the nail polish off since she did such a careless job. Maybe the other girls there are better, and this could have been just one not-so-great esthetician. read more
