I had a mani pedi I went here 3 x The polish bubbled x2 They buffed off the first layer and added another layer It bubbled again The 3rd time I came back they said it was my nail polish and never apologized. I felt like I was in the wrong. I tried to tip the girl the 3rd time, she sarcastically said" I don't want your money. Again she did a crappy job and the toes chipped. Terrible customer service. I asked for a pedicure and acrylics. I got my pedicure and then the lady told me I could only get a manicure because they had 2 more people that walked in and were waiting for a pedicure and dip. I wasted an hour and a half there I will never be back or recommend them. There's way too many nail salons around to deal with that! read more

Really disappointed. The pedicure was ok, but almost 4 hours later, the polish is still sticky and gummy and all bubbly. Had a manicure also- I've never had a manicure where they only filed my nails and clipped cuticles. No buffing, no lotion, and the polish is still sticky 3 hours later. Polish is all bubbled and since I don't have the luxury of sitting for more than 4 full hours to let polish cure, my nails are all jacked up. The place is clean and the furniture is nice, but the quality is terrible. Really wish I would have looked at the other reviews before spending $68 for a basic (regular polish, not shellac mani/pedi. I went in this morning and had my shellac redone. I'm going to get straight to the point.. 1) She didn't push back my cuticles. I've had many shellac changes in my life, also, I just had a mani 2 weeks ago.. 2) As I sat down she brought out the sander thing, I pulled my hand away. They should never ever use the sander filer thing when getting it off. Like ever. It dances the nails. She said it just takes the top coat off and then they soak. Bull. She sanded, soaked for like maybe 3 and started scraping, then sanded again. (I took the summer off because my nails were just so damaged!!) 3) They don't have colors on nails to show you what they would look like. Just a few bottles.. They are deceiving. 4) The color I picked was nothing like what was applied to my nails. I thought it was the lights, maybe I was just a bit naive. I'm stuck with a color I would never ever put on myself. Also, $25 for a shellac change or $30 for full manicure with shellac. Had she told me it was $5 more for the things I wanted I would of done it. For the price, it does not meet the area. I was gifted a certificate for my birthday but I would not go back. Tried this salon out for the first time today w/ a couple mom friends and our teenage daughters. Took a bit longer to complete our mani pedis but we weren't in any rush and there were 6 of us so that's to be expected. Establishment is clean, wished the manicure was more then a a soak in a bowl of water. And a little cuticle work. The lady and gentleman who completed mani/pedis both did a great job. A bit pricey but so is everything else these days with the "new normal" from COVID. Think it was $126 for 2 shellac manis and 2 regular pedicures. Additional $9 for eyebrows. Looks like they do give a discount for high schoolers but must have HS I'd with you. Overall we are pleased with the results and service and will be visiting this place again. read more

This was my first & last time to this salon. This place was NOT clean. In the picture that I attached you can see how the manicurist was painting my nails with all of this junk around me... the towels had dirt and bleach stains on them. The floor obviously hasn't been swept in a long time. When I got there I was moved to three different desks and had three different people working on my nails. In the end, I was left with a very mediocre manicure because my nails wasn't left long enough in the UV light my nails has many dents in it. When I leave a salon I expect my nails to look professional done, instead it looks like my friend painted my nails at a sleepover. read more

I haven't ever had a bad experience at a nail salon, most corner shops do a wonderful job and I'm always happy with the work. My good luck streak came to an end upon entering this place. Where do I start? My left hand nails are all longer than my right hand. I asked for coffin shape, In the end they looked more like square, but i kept quiet about it. Dumb idea, keeping my mouth shut cost me $5, he charged me extra for a shaping... Part of the process of doing nails is shaping. A $5 up charge he didn't mention until the last minute, mind you. It's 5 days after my fill in with shellac polish and 4 of my nails are lifting. He half assed the work because he couldn't talk me into getting a new set, which I didn't need, my nails weren't even lifting after 3 weeks of growth. He made sure to pry one off to tack on a repair charge to make up for $5 he lost out on when I said no thank you to the sugar scrub during the pedicure. This guy was greedy, tried to get every penny he could out of me and didn't even do a good enough job to charge for all of it. $75 right down the toilet, I will never ever ever ever come here again. I've had dip nails done at several places and have been happy with most and disappointed in others. I stopped in here because this was close by after work. It's clean and bright. And workers are friendly! ALSO, the cost for service is very very reasonable. Lynn took care of me and WOW she is talented. I took a pictures but they do not do it justice. Her ombré is absolutely PERFECT and almost doesn't look real. She also did it within 30-35 minutes which is quick for this type of manicure. I had quite the funny experience there today. I've been getting shellac for a few months now and my nails are getting brittle. So I asked if they could put a plastic tip on my nails and then shellac (hopefully to make them stronger, I don't know, I'm not a nail tech). They agree to do it so I sit down. Everything looks alright besides the fact that I'll have to file my own nails when I leave because they're just crooked and awful. I go to pay and the owner is telling the guy who did my nails "never do shellac with a tip" and is telling us both how my nails won't last and how bad and "lumpy" they look. Then charges me $35. After I filed my nails and whatnot, they look alright. However, I will never be back after she looked me in the eyes, tells me how bad my nails look, but then will still charge me without offering to fix them. read more

I went in one day to fix one nail, and after waiting what seemed like over 30 minutes, I finally just asked how much longer it would be. I had to leave some positive vibes and good karma for them (after referring yet another person) since I'm really happy to find Lynn's. I've been going here every 2-3 weeks for about the last 8 months. A friend referred me, prices are comparable and quality is average to exceptional depending on the tech. I've met Lynn; she's funny, she works hard and I see that she actually cares, I say that because I've been seeing changes (expanding their products and options) and I asked her to get more 'chunky holographic glitter' and then started seeing more holo glitter options appearing since. Yesterday we arrived at the salon for our 5 o'clock appointment 10 minutes early. Mind you we have had this appointment set up for over a month. Also called a few days in advance to make sure they could accommodate all of us and had enough workers... we sat in the pedicure chairs for 50 minutes... no one even filled the pedicure bowls. We decided to leave because they obviously don't respect our time. We stood up to leave and no one said anything not even Lynn the owner. Got my nails done for a wedding here. Absolutely terrible. I don't think I can express how unhappy with this place through yelp reviewing. They DO NOT take ANY covid precautions whatsoever; there is no sanitizing in between clients, there is no hand sanitizer anywhere to be found, and the man who does manicures, is just full on rude. My nails took about 35 minutes. That's right. My full set of acrylic took 35 minutes, which I'd be VERY happy about IF he did a good job LOL. I'm not bashing this salon itself, the other women that worked there (I only saw one man, the one who did my nails and nearly broke my wrist from grabbing and twisting repeatedly anytime I tried to move) were very talkative and intrigued in conversation. However, I am just appalled by how the owner? He seemed to be, was so pushy and rude. He stared at me like I was stupid when I told him how I wanted my nails and was excessively rushed with my friends as well. It would've been fine if I wasn't the MOH Iim a wedding in three days. I've waited a few days to post because I was initially impressed with my time at this spa. My regular spa was closed and I needed a manicure for Easter. Started off with a good leg rub but I ended with my heels being so filed down that they've now started to tear and bleed. My shellac manicure did not even last the 3 days until Easter and even the shellac on my toes have chipped which has never happened before. My cuticles were cut so short that they're still scabbed. I booked an appointment with Sandy , got a text that my appointment had been canceled cause Sandy was out of town. I offered my services to someone else, and this is what I got.!! ! I am pissed.!! I went in telling him and showing him exactly what I wanted, and I didn't get that.! I showed him the shape I wanted and he messed the shape all up.! He told me that my nails was too short for the shape, when the picture I showed Him the girl nails were shorter than mines. He rushed and did my nails, he didn't even put enough acrylic on my nails, now I will need another fill in before It's even time for a new one.! The shaping on all my nails are different.!! They are not the same as you can see in the picture. I asked for stones on one finger and as you can see the stones are crooked. . Then to top it off, he painted my nails like crap.!
