I purchased a gift certificate for my daughter for her birthday on March 30, 2026. I happened to misplace this certificate. Upon calling the establishment once I realized I misplace it, I got the run around. The manager was supposed to call me back. I was able to talk to the manager, Larry, upon my fifth call. He said oh yeah I forgot to calll you. This had been going on for two weeks. Now he tells me there is nothing he can do. He cannot re-issue the certificate even though I have my banking debit showing this purchase. So I would advise clients of T & L Nails to really think about going there, What if this happens to them. The certificate was for $80.00 which now is worth $0.00 and no service was given. read more

I went her for my birthday to get my nails done and I asked for a simple design minus the rhinestones because they charged $15 more for even a few. They're chunky, not the design I wanted and the hearts are rushed. read more

Clean and great service! I did a walk-in and Lynn was able to take me right away for a gel nail removal and a mani and pedi. The second visit I had a pedi and a shellac mani with Mimi who was super sweet, friendly and thorough! The pedicure was heavenly.. the foot massage itself is a treat! Their massage chairs are new and are really nice. I am really picky with the shaping of my nails and she paid very close attention to detail, even cleaning underneath my nails which was awesome! Prices are reasonable and the salon is kept SUPER clean. I was very impressed! read more

Their customer service is awful. The environment is not welcoming to me, and even though they have a "WALK INS WELCOME" sign on their window, they looked at me like I had two heads when I walked in without an appointment for a simple pedicure. I had driven from far away to come here and I was turned around and embarrassed by the man that I spoke to at the door. I would understand if they were busy, but they were not...and I also just didn't feel like they wanted me there...and that's okay. I'll take my business elsewhere but part that upsets me the most is that I was turned away with my daughter who was very excited to come and have her nails and toes polished. read more

this shop used to be amazing two years ago but today I was really mad because this young black girl wanted to get her nails done and they told her they was too busy LIES no one was waiting in the chairs . Then 5 seconds later a white lady walked in and asked them if they can do her nails and the same lady said yes just have a seat Smh I guess they dont like more than one black girl at a time in they shop smfh IM NEVER GOING BACK. The lady who did my pedicure and shellac change was very fast. I was there about an hour including sitting while my shellac soaked. The pedicure was one of the worst. During my nails she complained and sighed the whole time like I was an inconvenience because she was hungry and had allergies. Getting a pedicure and my nails done are my relax time and I don't want to listen to you complain literally the whole time. A little girl made a comment to the tech next to me "saying she learned Chinese in school" my tech says "we're not Chinese" with an attitude. She's 7 and doesn't know you're not Chinese. Maybe educate her instead of getting offended and getting an attitude. read more

First time trying this place out, will be my last time . Walked out with this beauty on my foot which I had to come home and take something, the pain was so bad . Never got I'm so sorry from anyone . And the pedi wasn't even good my toe chipped that night and had polish on the side of my toes were he didn't wipe off . I'm just hoping that they sterilize their stuff I'm hoping I don't get some Infection from this . I went there to get my nails done and a pedicure while I was getting my nails done the nail tech ended up ripping my real nail off and super gluing the fake one back down. Within five days four my real nails had ripped off due to the nails lifting and my toenails were all completely chipped. read more

The costumer service was good, the guy who did my nails tried to make me laugh the entire time but he can't do nails. It looks like a let a 10 year old practice for the first time. It's so bad that it's not even worth letting him fix them. I Just have to try someone else in there or never go back read more

Very unfriendly. I walked over for a polish change because my best friend lives across the street and the nail technician I had, Mi, was very rude. I asked if I could remain in the chair once she was done and she said "no." When I asked why, I was told she needed to clean up and had another customer coming in. Two other women remained in the chairs next to mine once they were done. She didn't clean up (and there wasn't much to clean up since it was a polish change and no water was run) and as I sat there with one other customer in the salon throughout my drying process, not a single customer walked in or called. I'm giving one star based on both the polishing skills (she polished in different directions & there are air bubbles because she rushed) and interpersonal skills. I called the manager over and he was unapologetic. What he did do was ask the remaining customer to vacate the seat and sit by me at the dry bar. I guess that was supposed to make me feel better, like maybe equal? But it didn't. Upon leaving, the pedicure chairs are empty, and so is the salon. No wonder. read more

I got my nails done by Linda she did a fabulous job! Place was inviting, clean and comfortable. She was able to design my nail how i wanted and the price was very reasonable! I even chipped my nail while i was paying and she was very nice about it and fixed it for me right away. Excellent service will definitely be back! read more
