Then, she proceeded to leave me in the middle of my nail service for an eyebrow appointment with no previous notice at the beginning of the service. I was so excited to get a pedicure! As a mom I don't get much time to myself. I called ahead of time (12 noon) to see how long the wait would be and they said a 15 minute wait and they could add my name to the list right then and there. I got there at 12:10 and my name was not on the list, no big deal because it looked empty. After waiting about 20 minutes they said they had a male that could do my toes but I requested a woman. I was cut by the man doing my nails and they were unable to complete the simple french tip design requested. I asked for the name of the man that cut me and I was told by the front that they would not give me the name because I was given a $10 discount and I wasn't getting anything else from them. He then said if I wanted the name I would have to give the $10 back Talk about illegal because the name is supposed to be publicly displayed anyways, but okay try and save yourself now. The first time I came in my nails lasted for 3 weeks. They looked amazing. I went in for a fill and after that every single nail started breaking one by one over a week. I noticed the first application of nails were very thin but because they lasted I thought it might be alright. I've, in the past two weeks, had to come into the salon three times, spending $80 in two weeks on the last two. I would have spent, probably, about $40 today as well if I hadn't left. I am not beating my nails up, but seriously, inane bumps into things would break them. I would just look and suddenly no nail. I've never had nails that brittle. When I addressed this with the front desk person he told me I would have to, once again, pay for the fixes. It's clear now that the nails will hold up, but only for so long because they are VERY thin. They essentially make it so that you have to continue coming back in over and over again the get your nails fixed. On top of that my first pedicure was a nightmare. My 7 yr old does a better job. It's a cash grab, don't bother. The only reason why I went here in the first place is because it's right down the street from my house. But it's not worth the convenience. read more

I called in to make appointment for mani/pedi and the guy said 15 minutes. I went there and he said it will be a few minutes. Few minutes after he told me to sit at the station 12 and told me that the girl that supposedly going to do my pedicure will be with me after she finishes her client. I got up and left, I realized I dropped something so I went back, as I opened the door, I heard them laughing and stopped when they saw me. I had the worst service while getting a pedicure. I have been a loyal customer for a while now and today I had someone who was new. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt, but she cut my massage time short and didn't include the hot stones (which was in the package I chose). She did not show me the timer or I would have corrected her and then tried to charge me the gel price ($20 more) when I got normal polish. When speaking with the person who was ringing me up, I made them aware of the lack of services that they were charging me for. All they did was lower the cost a few dollars. I have been to this nail salon 3 times and every time I come here I have a manicure and a pedicure that looks like a 5 year old did it. It's a simple, no gel, no acrylic, polish mani and pedi and I leave with polish all over my cuticles and the polish is uneven and chunky. Even the way they files my nails is bad. The 1st time I was here I blamed it on the polish. I had chosen an OPI polish from their salon and I though "maybe the polish is bad or old." The 2nd time I came here it was all the technician. They were texting and talking and leaving to answer the phone. Just distracted and rushed job. This was my 3rd and last time. That said, the quality of their services are sub par from many other salons in town. I recently got a normal manicure and I'm definitely not ecstatic at how it turned out. My nails were cut to where they are partly squared, partly round AND tapered more one one side. It's really only noticeable when you really look at my nails. The polish job was also a little sloppy - the top coat applied is streaky and bumpy. However, I once got a gel manicure here and loved it. Visit date 07/21/2019: First time to this spot with my mom to kick off my birthday celebrations. Each of us got the Deluxe Spa Pedi w/ normal polish. Tommy catered to me and did a wonderful job from start to finish. He began with cuticle trimming, very gentle and did not nick me once. He used a lemon scented stone for callus removal, AMAZING! Next was an orange peel scrub...AMAZING! Huge points for aromatherapy here. Next was a hot stone massage and paraffin wax treatment. He asked how temperature was for me at every step. I personally like the heat so this was quite thoughtful as I can see how hotter temps might bother some guests. My nails were perfectly polished. Also, their massage chairs are awesome! I was surprised to see all the negative comments for this salon but to each to their own... my experience was pretty good. Newer salon, 2 years old and clean as can be. No wait, I was a walk-in as my other salon is closed on Mondays. I was given to Joey who worked his magic. I have never had such a gentle pedi and without even having to ask. I really do not like my cuticles cut as once I was gouged elsewhere very bad. I did not even know Joey was cutting them, he had a feather touch. Also very personable! Great massage, no pushiness re up-selling and done in great time. He painted my color with finesse and gave me the option to sit in my chair to dry or to go under the fan. I was so relaxed I did not even notice if the chairs had massage or not. (Update, they do) English is spoken here so you can have confidence in asking for what you want. On par with other salons, $20 for a basic pedi. Worth every penny plus tip. I think I may be making a switch to Elegant for the service and convenience... TIP - $2 discount from $22 for a basic pedi if you pay cash. I have posted a pic re price. Fast forward several weeks and I have dropped a star. The wait is long and service has declined. For a pedi you may be sitting in a chair a long time before someone gets to you! *Update 2 1/2 years later...* My visit was ok.. nothing over 3 stars. I did not have to wait long but service was a bit robotic. She was fast, strong and did not cut me so, there is that. I love the leg massage. There is an ointment in the cream that makes your legs tingle and feel good. Cigarette smoke from outside kept billowing in. Yuck. No spa feeling here. More factory-like as another reviewer mentioned but the girl did a good job on my nails. Massage chairs are of the cheaper variety. Remember to make sure if paying cash, you get your $2 off. Probably the worst nail job I've ever had. It was my first time here and I went in as a walk-in. The technician did the most sloppiest job possible. She barely spent any time on my cuticles. The massage was a joke in the sense that she just slapped on and spread the lotion around. Then she asked me to pay when I had the oily stuff all over my fingers and nails. She began to glob on the nail polish so unevenly that I requested she fix the unevenness on some of the nails. I came here years ago when they first opened and I had a good experience. I've been here since then several times but stopped due to my gel manicures always chipping just days after. I came here again yesterday because my regular place was closed, but I regret it. The lady who did my manicure completely rushed through the entire thing, it was the shortest fastest manicure I've ever received. First, she barely touched my cuticles, and I mean that literally. It's like she was pretending to clip them, I had dry dead skin all around my nails still when I left. She also was incredibly rough when removing old gel polish. The classic mani includes a 5 minute massage with oil/lotion, every place I've been to, the nail tech ALWAYS sets a timer for the 5 minutes. This lady did not. I am not exaggerating when I say she massaged each arm for about thirty seconds. I was sorely disappointed and annoyed. You'd think in times like these when they likely have less customers, they'd actually spend time making the experience worth while. Never coming back here again. Very, very disappointed. read more

I visited this salon today for the first time with my friend because she really recommended it! I really enjoyed my overall experience and will return here to get my nails done. My friend and I came in without an appointment around 3:30 on a Tuesday and were seated right away. They had a large selection of colors and they are even able to color match regular polish with gel polish so you can matching toes and fingernails if you don't want gels on both. I got a Delux mani pedi with gels on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. The Delux pedi includes a scrub, clay mask on feet (they warm up the clay which was amazing because I usually decline this option at other places during winter months as it's too cold for me), usual cuticle care treatment, callus treatment on bottom of feet, hot wax (this part is so wonderful), and a timed 15 minute massage (they use warmed up lotion for this part as well). The Delux mani consisted of usual cuticle care treatment and I believe a 5 minute massage. I think you can choose more options for the hands but I really just needed the simple treatment for today. The total for the Delux mani pedi with Gel polish on my fingernails was $71 and that was with cash. The salon was also very clean and quiet, and they had nice non-distracting music playing. The chairs were really comfortable and came with several different massage options. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Another thing that I really liked was that the lady who did my fingernails also provided me with a business card with her name and the colors I used so I'd remember them for future visits. The manicure also came with a 7 day no chip warranty and a promise that they'll fix any chips that occur during those 7 days free of charge. read more

This is my new nail spot. They are really friendly and know how to take care of you. Hahn did my toes and spa pedicure and Joey did my full set for Me. Loved how they asked me what I wanted and delivered. I told Jody I wanted something a little different and he Gave me spikes. They lasted for more than 2 weeks before they started to come off.. I had 14 spikes on each nail and 2 only came off.. which is very surprising because I work very heavily with my hands.
