I've been coming to this salon every 2-3 weeks since September of 2025 and will no longer be back. Usually I have a good experience depending on who I get. Sometimes I will have a fill that's not that great but good enough. But this last fill was horrible. The tech was somebody I haven't had before. He did not file off all of my previous manicure which you can see under the color I chose. During the fill, he cut me multiple times with the electric file. One time so deep it made me jump and pull away which made him annoyed. Cuts can happen but his reaction upset me. One of my regular techs noticed and checked in on us and the owner came over and I told them what happened. He explained but it seemed like he had blamed it on me for pulling away. At that point I just wanted it to be over. He was so rough while drilling and it seemed as if he did not know what he was doing. The tech next to him kept checking in. The other tech rung me up and asked me how it went and I told her and she was very nice and gave me a discount since she knew how often I came which I appreciated so much. However, the next day, the same finger he cut me hard on, the nail broke. I've had many fills and manicures and I've never had one break. I went in to get it fixed and got David to fix it. He's done my fills before and normally he's okay. He did it quickly, about 10 minutes, and he didn't charge which was nice. He seemed rushed and I had to force him to take a tip as he walked away quickly. When I walked out and checked my nail, it was a completely different shape than the others! I have been coming here off and on over the years - In most recent years it has been predominantly off. I was able to be seated without an appointment or wait and get a manicure/pedicure. Nails and service were standard. I'm happy to report that they now accept credit/debit cards. read more

I don't know how this place is still open it's so DIRTY, EVERYTHING IS DIRTY! Even there nail book, I walked out cause all I could think of is I'm going to get some type of infection here and the chairs were so dirty, very uncomfortable. While the technicians are very nice, the salon is just not clean. The floors are dirty with residue and it does not look like they move the nail stations to clean underneath. Old cotton balls, acrylic nail parts are quite visible. Pedicure chairs are badly stained and in need of re-upholstering. Headrests on chairs are literally brown. Walked in for a pedicure, and was sat quickly and was behind two other customers. A couple walked in 5 minutes after me and ended up receiving service before me. The woman who did my pedicure seemed rushed the whole time, not taking her time at all. When she finished she grabbed my shoes and there was water spilt all over my shoes. She half-hazardly wiped them leaving water still all over my leather Birkenstocks (shoes that are not supposed to get wet) and didn't even apologize that they got wet. I won't be back. read more
