The worst! I took my daughter for her graduation nails. The acrylics were terrible and took an hour and half before he even started trying to polish. The French tip he tried to paint on was so tiny and thin of a line you could see all the rest of the white of the nail. To top it off he didn't clean the underneath of the nails so you just see the dirt. It took 15 minutes to paint one nail so we left because it was looking so bad! After I paid them $50 for a terrible unfinished job I Now I have to pay another place to fix them before graduation! read more

So convenient and they can always fit my Mom and I in They are very kind to us and help Mom with her walker and getting shoes on and off- stuff is hard when your 88 years old! Well, I tried this place once and I'm never going back. Dirty is the main word here. Old towels that I doubt were cleaned between uses. I never saw one bottle of alcohol used to sanitize nails before or after cutting cuticles. There were fingerprints all over the hand rests of chairs and the remotes on the chairs for the pedicures. I could go on and on , but I should not forget to mention that employees were coughing all over the store while not wearing masks. The lack of understanding the English language was outrageous! Perhaps there was one person in the main room that had to translate for all other workers. To top off all of the scummy things, this place is expensive for what you get. read more

I called for an appointment and they said they could fit my friend and I in at 1:30. My friend got a pedicure and I wanted acrylic nails. When I got here, we picked our colors and my friend got sat. I waited for 45 minutes, after my friends pedicure was done and no one said a thing to me even though I was waiting. They then sat people that came in AFTER me. The service was horrible. read more

had appointments for my daughter and me, my daughters started right away and i sat with my feet in water for 20 minutes. Then she got started and went so fast trying to get to the same place my daughters was at. Scrubbed bottom of for about 10 seconds each,Put lotion on my legs and really never even rubbed in?? Do not get ur eyebrows waxed here.. my eyebrows are officially ruined and I have to return to school with my eyebrows half gone. Unbelievable. I struggle with growing my eyebrows already. Me and my mom loved this place but after this experience I'm not so sure about returning. I left in tears because I no longer had an arch or the end of my eyebrows. They are like a straight line. I had full bushy eyebrows and just wanted them cleaned up.. not a hole different shape.. the lady didn't speak English and I don't think she understood that I just wanted to clean up underneath and in the middle. Maybe shouldn't have people who don't understand doing things on people's faces.. nails are fixable in the matter of seconds but eyebrows aren't. read more
