Being a single client salon means it is quiet and not just an assembly line, but a careful full service with a wonderful final product. In 30 minutes I had a pedi which included a sea salt massage and soak followed by a hot stone massage. Every item used was single use and thrown away after used, making sure every appointment is personalized. The price is appropriate, and I absolutely recommend Nancy. She only works by appointment, no walk-ins. This assures timely appointments and personal service. I will stop looking for another salon as I have found what I was looking for. The French tip he tried to paint on was so tiny and thin of a line you could see all the rest of the white of the nail. To top it off he didn't clean the underneath of the nails so you just see the dirt. It took 15 minutes to paint one nail so we left because it was looking so bad! I really enjoyed this dark space for the pedicure and it was very relaxing. I couldn't figure out the chair on the height for the massage as I'm short and so I gave up. The only annoying thing was when I came in most of my gel had already chipped off but they charged me 5 bucks to remove before even diving into pedicure. No different than wiping off regular so no wrapping in foil or soaking for 10 min so that was kinda cheap on their part to nickel and dime.
