I went into Elegant Nails one hour before close with a very detailed and tedious idea for my nails and the women working did not even hesitate to do it despite knowing it would be well after close before they would finish and I thought that was awesome since it's so difficult for me to find time earlier in the day for things like that. Michael the owner is rude and disrespectful to the customers. July 22, 2026 he treated a customer very "BAD". She ask for her nails to be done in pink and white he refused to do her nails as she ask. He did them like he wanted to do her nails and she told him the whole time she did "NOT" want them done the way the whole time he was doing them. He didn't care he kept doing like he wanted them done. Then when the customer told Michael she did "NOT" like them he stood up and screamed at the customer cursing and saying horrible things and refused to fix them like she wanted. I was getting a pedicure and seen the whole incident. I will NOT be going back to Elegant Nails and I'm sure the lady will "NOT" be going back. The Salon was full of customers that seen what Michael did. i feel bad for the lady because she was a longtime customer I have seen her in there many times. The location is nice , and the decor is cute. Hate to leave a neg review. But I went there a couple days ago and got the worst pedicure I've ever had. I paid for the better pedicure , and the nail tech didn't seem as if he were trying at all. My feet are usually so soft an lovely after a nice pedi. But they def aren't. And my nail polish started coming up the same day. My finger nails were decent. Rushed , so the shape isn't all that. And the price was steep for the quality of service. This is my third time coming to this salon. I have had pretty good results overall. My second visit, i was in the pedicure chair and the man placed the purple light on top of my foot strongly... I am sitting in the pedicure chair where the feet naturally lift up when propped. I politely mentioned the light burnt my foot and the man blamed me. My most recent visit, today... I came in to get my nails redone (that I had done here & stayed on for 4 weeks like champs). I sit down in the pedicure chair and my feet soak for 20 mins as my fingernails also are. A girl comes in for her toes and nails, sits in the chair beside me and soaks her toes for 30 (THIRTY) minutes when another woman walks in and says she wants her nails done but needs to be done in 40 minutes... the man working on my fingernails leaves to work on her. The girl beside me stays soaking, as she has for 30 minutes. I feel this is poor. Others in the salon looked around at eachother as the staff kept telling the girl "one more minute." Overall, they do good work. I will return. read more

I got a pedicure from June and she was absolutely amazing. She checked in with me to make sure everything was perfect every single step of the way. She also noticed how much I loved the massage so she really did a good long massage on my feet and legs. I will keep going back to the salon just so I can see June. I come here every 3-4 weeks for new dip sets. Every other time I get a pedicure. The pedicures are always so good -- no matter if I pick a basic or deluxe pedi. My nails always look super good and last SO longer than from any other salon. If there's ever an issue they always will fix it. Love Elegant Nails! read more

I went July 3rd to get a pedicure. I got the Deluxe pedicure there is the $45 or $55 one and I got gel on my toes as well. I chose the Deluxe $55 and Gel for $70 (which i'm okay with) but the service was so bad. She used a grater on my feet which made them worse that I didn't want, toe nail were shape crooked and I asked them to fix. The gel polish was really clean so I give the lady a thumbs up for that! The massage, experience was very poor. I am extremely dissatisfied because I normally go here for nails but pedicures are normally a big miss instead of a hit and miss. I came in wanting a simple acrylic set. They gave me a color that did NOT look like the one I chose but kept telling me it would get better. It didn't. Not only was I dissatisfied, but I was charged $45!!! Not $25. He also took off a couple nails I still had on with this BARE HANDS. Ripped them off. It was so painful and he kept going after I told him it hurt. Don't waste your time/money. I went in today to get my nails done and the guy rushed and my nails feel really ruff at all edges. The Coat is too light aswell.

Where do I start....I get my nails done here every three-four weeks along with my daughters. They have okay service. If they are busy they have really young kids that will try to help out. I always get a dip on my natural nails. We went on vacation so I waited 5 weeks to get my new dip. One of my nails had broke under the dip, I pointed this out to the owner. NO PROBLEM. We will fix. NO PROBLEM. I explained 2-3 times. NO PROBLEM. That same night I woke up with pain in my nail, I thought no problem. I was wrong. It ended up worse as the day progressed. I went back and asked the owner to remove the dip. He asked, if I was big baby and proceeded to squeeze my nail I explained in the most professional way I could. I was not but I have a infection and need it taken off. You could see pus under the nail. He said it was my fault. I should have told someone it was broken before nail was dipped and if he would have been there he wouldn't have done it. I explained to him he was the one that I told and he was there. Very very disappointed in this business. I would not recommend them to anyone. Owner was very unprofessional. I have used them for several years. No more. I will find another nail salon to give my 120 dollars to from now on. Thanks read more

Awful. I had to ask her to cut them shorter several times and I walked out with them still too long. I showed her they were uneven several times and they still weren't fixed. They also didn't have the color I was looking for our anything close to it so I left with plain unfinished nails. Never will I go back. Go to regal in Walmart. I used to go there and they did a excellent job but since Kevin is no longer there they don't do as good a job as the crew that he had it's under new management and they have a lot of problems to work out.
