While the facility is nice, and clean. The quality of the work is very frustrating. I gave my wife two sessions here for both manicures and pedicures as a Christmas gift this last year. When she got her first series done it was on a busy weekend. The work was sloppy and not the experience you'd expect. This second time she went on a Tuesday afternoon and you can see from the photo the lumps, bubbles, dotted line. It's just not good work. They just kept telling her she needs to Gel nails, Apparently that's what they prefer, just not my Bride. My wife will not be back here. read more

I am very disappointed in the quality of Lacquer Nails. I came in for a walk in and was tended to right away but the lady seemed like she was unsure of what she was doing. All I wanted was a full set of acrylic nails french tip and she needed to see a picture of what that was. I showed a very well done picture, and mine did not look the same. The reason that I am so upset is that I got these done on February 19th and it is now the 28th and five nails have already fallen off along with majority of them flaking. The quality was very poor as the white of the French tip was uneven and then nails were different lengths. Paying $90 for a nail job that was rushed and not presentable is insane. read more

I've been going to this salon for about two years and I've never really had a complaint until the last few times. Their quality has become less and their prices have skyrocketed. I went in today to get a gel removal. I was in there for genuinely 9 minutes and it costed me 18 dollars. I looked at the lady confused when she told me the ridiculous price. She said they upped their prices. This has happened MULTIPLE times. Or they will find random things to charge for. If you get tips on your nail, that costs $5, then they add an additional $5 charge if u didn't cut the tips to barely over the fingernail and they classify it as a "long" charge. Ridiculous pricing for nails that break within two weeks. read more

I went in for acrylic nails with dip, it was my first time getting them done so I wasn't sure what to expect. They were simple with a design on one finger. I liked them well enough even though the rounded tips were not even. She was very rushed but I didn't see that to be a problem. They didn't chip or break which I thought was great until I went in two weeks later to have them taken off. It took a different lady 1.25 hours to get get them off!! She said they were way too thick, they had gotten dipped 7-8 times from what I remember. I didn't know what was normal. My nail beds are extremely thin and brittle now from all the shaving off and soaking she had to do to get them off. It seems like some of the stylists are good and some are bad so you have to know who to get. I personally wouldn't go again but wouldn't tell people to completely avoid this place. read more

I can't say enough positive things about this business!! It's very clean, the chairs are comfortable, and the decorations are tasteful. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail place. - It began the moment I walked in when the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed bothered by us simply being there. -Then they were out of every color I wanted. They kept the dip color books out even though they did not have any of them in the back. All there colors were bright summer colors even though it is currently fall. - The lady doing my nails was trying her best, but it took her an hour and 45 minutes to do my short nails - dip with no tip. And the end result was less than satisfactory. When I asked her to fix something at the end she said it would take another 15 minutes (which really meant 30) so I just decided to leave it. - It was over priced in general but for this experience it was way over priced. A little over week later and they have already started to fall off. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Terrible customer service. Terrible. Lady at the front desk is so rude-no personality. Nail tech tried to remove my dip nail powder with his credit card!!! When asked what he was doing and told that hurt, he was so annoyed and rudely told me I should trust him. When leaving, he charged me for nail designs which I didn't get! When I asked why I was charged more, they told me my log, real nails are harder to do than fake. Um, what? I've been going to this place for awhile and was never up charged before. The next day, my nails, and these are my real nails, hurt so bad! It took me days to get my finger nails back to where they no longer hurt. Place has really gone down hill. Worst experience I've had in a very long time. I took a friend for a mani/pedi as a treat and it was torture. It felt like we were an imposition on the nail techs. They didn't talk to us directly really. Left red residue on my toes from previous polish. I asked the nail tech to remove and he argued and said it was skin irritation. It is not. Also I had some dip left on my thumb nail from a previous manicure and they just left that on. I asked not trim my cuticles because I got a bad feeling from the get go. I guess that also meant not shaping my nails. My man/SPA pedi took all of 20 minutes. I didn't get handed a menu or anything. My friend got the same thing but hers took about 1.5 hours and included having to ask 4-5 times for her nails to be painted. They sent her to "dry" her hands with nothing on them. The only good thing about this place was the receptionist. She at least tried to help us. The nail tech still didn't understand we asked for "color" for my friend's nails. Then the nail tech, once painting my friend's nails, told me my friend said "no color" multiple times. That was definitely not the case. Thank you to the receptionist for taking it upon herself to ask the manager for a discount. And offering to take the red residue off of my toes. She is the only thing working in this place. read more

Normally I don't have a problem. I used to come here when I lived in Arkansas. I moved to Texas and when I come to visit Arkansas I still come back here. However, I had to go back a second time because the gel came off of my big toe nails. Normally when I get gel they do the light for 60 seconds. They only did it for 30 seconds. When I went back to get it fixed I told them I didn't think they did the light for long enough, well they still only did it for 30 seconds. Best nail shaping I've had in Fayetteville and I've been to many different nail salons in town. Were a little rough on my cuticles but honestly I've never had better nails! The time that was taken to ensure my nails looked perfect was amazing! The shaping and evenness of the nails is amazing, even filed down extra dipping powder from under nails. I had an appointment scheduled a few days in advance for me and a friend to get our nails done. We walked in and it was immediately apparent that they were extremely busy and over packed. We sat down and waited for about 15 minutes before anyone even approached us. Finally a woman approached me with a young girl standing behind her and was explaining to her how to do a soak off. She left her unattended while the young girl tried soaking off my nails. It was obvious that she didn't know what she was doing and that she had probably never even painted nails in her whole life. She left me unattended again while my hands started burning in the acetone for ages. Was that even legal? Clearly this girl wasn't a licensed nail tech. After 45 minutes my nails looked horrendous and no progress had been made. I decided to leave to go somewhere else because I didn't want that girl touching my hands one more second. read more

One of the worst pedicures I've gotten. $50 for a basic gel pedi. Hardly scrub my feet, tapped on my legs for maybe 30 seconds with water (no massage). Didn't clip my toenails or file until I asked, and it was so uneven. Did a horrible job trimming around my nails to get the dead skin and cuticles. Painted a thin layer of gel and didn't even get the paint on the entire nail. There is fuzz and bumps under the thin polish and the gel is on my skin, making it to where is will start peeling off/chipping very soon. Was the faster pedicure I've gotten and not in a good way fast. Will never return or suggest this place for a pedicure. read more

First time coming here! Great experience and didn't feel rushed as I do in many nail salons... they let me know of the 10 day guarantee if you get a chipped nail they will fix it. Very quick which I liked as well... they finished a dip removal and then another dip powder in 40 minutes. Love that! Only giving 3 stars bc the gal who had my sister did a wonderful job and came in clutch when I needed attended to after my nail tech was less than ok. I asked for a dip service which should come with a manicure. Cuticles trimmer did not happen. Cuticle push back did not happen. He filed them and that was it. I had to ask another gal if he could come back and do them for me after she offered me some cuticle oil bc she noticed I didn't have any. He came back and started working again. I asked in front of both of them if the dip service normally came with the service or did I need to ask for that and if so my apologies and the gal kindly responded with he probably didn't think they needed it....yet he took off so much when he did them. She was being kind on his behalf I believe. I germ ex all the time and my hands are super dry. The main reason I get a manicure is because I can't do that part by myself. I haven't had one for 3 months. They needed it. He didn't apologize, didn't clean under my nails when he was done. So another guy came over and did them and the gal put the cuticle oil on me. They're kind and stepped in with their teammate was either slacking or having an off day. It was terrible. The gal however who did apologize on behalf of him and helped me out and did a wonderful job on my sister, she rocks!! I also got all the details about the free wine and drinks they serve and such from her not anyone else. Nobody offered until I asked. I have a chip in my nail but I don't even want to go there or sit across from him bc of his lack of customer service and all the things I already needed tended too. Overall, clean and cute place, got us right in, certain staff are amazing and step up and do others work but communication, customer service, and personal training for some employees are goals for growth for this business. read more

Technician took his time, which I VERY MUCH appreciate (hate being rushed through a pedi). He really had his work cut out for him too, and did a good job. Decor is chic and there's tons of color choices. Easy location to find. Only dislike is that my chair seemed to need some TLC. I couldn't scoot it forward (I'm short legged so that was not as comfortable as I'd like. I'll definitely be back. --- Update: after writing and positing this review, the technician cut a toenail that was apparently ingrown... resulting in me having to seek out a podiatrist to address problems from the nail being cut too short. Well, not the best experience, but certainly not the worst. Went in for a full set acrylic and a pedicure. They were super busy, but my whole experience felt really rushed. During the pedicure, he barely scrubbed my feet and soaked my jeans in the process. Then when doing my nails, he rushed the design. The nails aren't the same length on both hands either. As for the design, I'd much rather him tell me he's not confident in doing nail art, then try and do a poor job. So, it was okay. My nails don't look terrible, but I wasn't really happy with the outcome. Just left feeling kinda bummed because I haven't gotten my nails done in over a year and it was for my birthday. read more
